I know there's a lot of bunk about food, but if I could add one more thing. About the carbohydrate thing, what with them giving quick energy, this is true, but the secret to getting the energy from carbolicious foods is by getting WHOLE GRAIN products. Regular white bread is made from white flour, which actually stores in your body as a starch if you don't expel all of the built up calories that you get from it. This is why whole grain is the better choice. Whole grain products fill up the same amount of space in your stomach, but yield fewer calories. If you stay away from other "White" foods, (i.e. rice, white potatoes, 'white flour noodles', etc.) it will actually help eliminate the thin layer of fat that your body keeps in front of your abdominal muscles. Advantage? Healthier carbohydrate foods = weight loss = easier hucking = defined muscles = WAY more poontang. Best of both worlds if you ask me.
