Dude that looks sick! My dad has a 320, need to try this. I bet you anything we can put that in our seat kit in the F-16. Much better than the M9 we carry on the vest.

Oh my god that would be awesome. Do it and send a pic!

You fly vipers?

I do, I talked to some F-15E guys and apparently they have something like this in the seat already since theirs is so much bigger. Hope we get that soon, M9 isn’t gonna get you very far

Super cool man, I was an F-16 Crew Chief in a previous life. Have a lot of respect for the pilots. I miss being on the flightline some days.

So only the government can buy weapons in CT? Hmmmmmm....

yes, certain ones that are banned for civilians lol. not the governments fault, its CT dems fault

Yep, I can't even own an AR15 with features if I have a detachable magazine in NY. We own the worlds ugliest AR15's here in NY. Pinned mags, real safe. Libs, lol.

Sig m400 is sub $1000 I beat on mine hard and haven't had any issues except one failure to eject. Bought mine at a discount when I worked there, so don't know if its something I'd pay real Sig prices for. Definitely regret not buying a 516 or 716 at half price when I had the chance

But you can buy almost all their uppers at a steep discount on the discount sites if you're tryna go that route. Also, DD AR-10 is not worth in IMHO,

Bought a s&w m&p 15-22 for the wife the other day. Her third time shooting- Didn’t think she’d enjoy it as much as she does.

My 870 was my first gun and I still love that thing to death. Awesome blaster

You really cant go wrong with an 870. I would recommend to anyone to get a used Wingmaster. They can usually be found for the same price as a new Express but the fit and finish is much better.

So much this. My biggest misconception when buying a shotgun was that an express is even close to worth it for the super cheap price.

Newest pick up- sig p320 xcarry with a romeo1 RD. Waiting for my county to add it to my permit before I can take it home. Thanks NY.

Glock 20 - 10mm

Got this to carry for bear/cougar protection at work or when bow hunting.

Only thing I've ever used it for is to shoot a deer that I paralyzed with my truck :(

There are a lot of good 22s on the market. I don’t know if that even interest you but they are fun to shoot and very customizable all at the fraction of a the cost of the 5.56 ones

I'm new to ARs, but I just built my first with an Anderson lower and a complete Palmetto State upper with a stainless barrel and it seems incredibly solid for the price ($270 for the upper)

I'd recommend PSA as an entry-level AR based on my limited experience with it, had zero malfunctions so far after a few hundred rounds, also it's lightweight and looks stellar

Theres nothing wrong with PSA, I had one of their uppers for my first build I did and I had no issues with it. You can upgrade parts as you see fit which will also help you learn about the rifle. You just have all these gun nuts that think they are all Operators and have to have the most expensive/best stuff on the market when in reality they will never have to use anything they have in a combat situation ever. For shooting paper you can't go wrong with PSA if you are on a budget. The AR platform is also extremely easy to build on so you could build one yourself on the cheap. That build I just posted is sitting right around $1500 including the EoTech Holosight. I spread it out over time buying parts. The suppressor is the pricey point and will cost me approx. $1200 including the tax stamp for the one I want which I will be able to use on a variety of the firearms I own. One suppressor to rule them all.

I disagree with this logic. Unless you're really planning on just shooting paper on a bench rest or literally can't afford to save up money, you can get a significantly better rifle for $1500 than PSA/Anderson (including optic). Also what's the point of slapping a suppressor on it that's over half the cost (only to find out it's unreliable with that gas system)?

Of course you can get a better rifle for $1500 over a PSA assuming you are implying that I used PSA parts on the rifle I built which I did not. And that's exactly what I was implying as most people do just that....shoot paper. What makes you think a 10.5" AR will run unreliably with the suppressor? Something you read on the internet or personal experience? The suppressor will be run on multiple different caliber guns, which is how I'm justifying the price on buying it instead of just buying a dedicated suppressors for each.

Ahh the PSA argument. So funny. So stupid.

I run a PSA lower on one of my ARs. Zero issues.

BUt tHeIR qUaLiTY iS bAd. PSA spits out thousands of receivers and barrels per day, and they make the parts themselves. That's why they can sell their products cheaper. If they're qc was so bad they'd be out of business.

Shit the lowers Geissele stamp their logo on are trash qc. Pretty sure they don't make them. Wouldn't even be surprised if they were Anderson.

I just finished an Aero M4E1 build. I'll post pics once my optic arrives.

Wait, a $1500 AR is better than a $500 AR? No way!

I wanted an affordable, entry-level custom AR without dropping over a grand. That's exactly what I got and I'm very happy with it. I'm not going long range with it and I'm not taking it to war. Hell, my 19x cost more than my AR and the trigger was so fucked after 2k rounds I had to replace it (otherwise it's a fantastic shooter)

Now I just need to save for an aimpoint or eotech, the sightmark I picked up is not great

The funny thing about suppressors is people think its like the movies where it makes the gun silent with a little 'pew pew' sound. In reality it just lowers the DB to the point it wont destroy your eardrums without protection.

I still don't understand why people look down on budget friendly AR's. Such as Andersen, "The poverty pony". Meltdown testing proves half these claims wrong. Milspec is milspec IMO and if you aren't competition shooting there is literally no need to waste you money on a more expensive AR. I'll put my andersen pistol build up against anyones $1500+ 16"+ barreled AR just to shut them up.

Everyone is making AR's now. Capitalism drives the price down, it's great.

I got a sight mark "holo" on the cheap and it was cool because I could change the rectile around, but I had problems with it. It would turn on and off while I was shooting lol. Kind of get what you pay for I guess. If you have the ability to try out the Aimpoint and EoTech I would before you drop the $. I had an Aimpoint Pro on my Patrol Rifle and I hated it. I bought the EoTech XPS2-0 and that thing is beyond amazing. I hear the Sig Romeos are great red dots but I have yet to try one out. It all comes down to personal preference though I guess.

Just finished this "Pistol" Build. Waiting for my Suppressor to come in.

I'm building something really similar in 300 Blackout and am waiting for my Rugged Micro 30 to come in. Did you go 10.5" barrel with a 9" handguard? I have a cheap Sight Mark as well btw that I put on my first AR. I get a lot of smirks from people with $450 EO Techs. The Sight Mark works great, I can hit targets just as well (it just might not take as much of a beating if I was, you know, a Green Beret).

Yeah 10.5 with a 9" Handguard. I would have went 300 BLK, especially suppressed, but I get free .223. I got my SightMark second hand so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I just decided pay once cry once for the sight and then I will have it for a decent amount of time and can use it with different things.

Agree, I'm not ready to cry once on a sight. Once I've tried out more of them I'm sure I'll pick one and stick with it, but I enjoy the Sight Mark for now.

For sure man. My sight mark holo is okay, don't have problems with it kicking off, but the reticle isn't very clear from all angles and the reticle pattern selector switch doesn't click solidly into place, so just wiggling it a bit can move the reticle left or right considerably, and there goes any accuracy (pretty shitty design flaw for a potentially life and death product). I just keep the switch pushed as hard to one side as possible as a temp solution, can't change reticles but hey. I really want that Eotech holo but there's a few other things I need to save for first.

Have a Romeo1 on my p320 xcarry and a romeo5 on my AR. They’re legit and can take abuse.
