And that's exactly what I was implying as most people do just that....shoot paper. What makes you think a 10.5" AR will run unreliably with the suppressor? Something you read on the internet or personal experience? The suppressor will be run on multiple different caliber guns, which is how I'm justifying the price on buying it instead of just buying a dedicated suppressors for each.
I'm nodding to the fact that if you're going to get better quality parts, why bother with a PSA lower in the first place? I don't think Aero is much more expensive and it's significantly better from a QC perspective.
The reliability issues with a can are from experience and I'm not saying you will definitely have problem, I'm saying likely to. Back pressures from cans cause a multitude of reliability issues and a "one size fits all" can is only going to fuel that fire. I'm not trying to hate on you trying to save money for your needs, i'm trying to suggest looking further into it before you buy something that does everything, but very poorly. If you're talking about buying a 30 cal can to run with 7.62 and 5.56 you'll be able to make it work, but the new modular suppressors are not worth the money (Optimus/Hybrid/Omega M).
