depending on the cap you're using, you also have to slow down your movements- the further away from the wall you are, the wider an area gets paint, so the slower you have to go to make sure you get enough paint on the wall. It's a lot of trial and error though
 
Your letters don't flow and ditch those arrows until you get a better understanding of them. Shit, I don't even yet.

Haven't posted in a while, but we're learning about graffiti and drawing it in art class, so I'm stoked on that. But I hate all the kids that are like "Oh, graffiti is for hood rat gangsters" and stuff like that, ignorat little fucks. They know nothing about it.
 
Its cool that your class goes over graffiti, but I doubt they are really knowledgeable as to the origination, the different tiers of work, separation of gang graffiti and pure writers, the numerous styles of work basing off location, separation and correlation of street artists and writers, etc.

Do some side work and show your teacher something new. Not hating, its just it amazes me how such a worldwide movement, although frowned upon, is still not acknowledged as important to people.

learn the difference between a statement and a demand.last time i checked the phrase "waste of paint" isn't telling anybody to do anything.
 
Well i got some new pics id like to share, but the button to post pictures isnt working. It just pops up blank. So whenever it decides to work ill be posting some work.

Two letters with bottom tails like L and Y suck to flow with, but try to make their tails meet up at one point. Just an idea.

Thanks dude! Just been sketching and writing constantly. One of the few things that I practice with and actually progress in. Here's another one I finished today.
