Google Earth Insaneness

This is what i do:

1)Find what you want to post

2)His the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard

3)Open microsoft paint

4)Go to 'Edit' > 'Paste'

5)Click ok

6)Use the crop tool to selct just the image

7)Go to 'Edit' > 'Copy'

8)Open a new file with out saving

9)Go to 'Edit' > 'Paste - this should paste the croped image

10)Save the image

11)Go into the pictures section of new school and upload the croped screen shot into the Misc section

To add pics to the post:

12)Find the location of the image you just uploaded it will be something like -http://media.nscdn.com/uploads/site/sponsors/logo_liberty.jpg

13)Enclose the image url with


but dont use any spaces before or after the
 
How about.... find Vail, Colorado, the ski area. Take the image looking down at the base from the top of the highest lift.
 
Bullshit, I just did it with my home ski area. Heres Stevens Pass Washington, looking out towards the east from the top of the Jupiter Chair:

And if you need a place to upload a image, dont do it on NS, the server already supports too much. Use www.imageshack.us or something like that.
 
wow thats nuts i didn't know that google earth did that i am just using google maps to find this stuff

i'm gonna download it right now
 
wow your guy's google earth kicks mines ass. i can only see from an aerial view. unless im dumb and cant figure out how to do that
