absolutely not.. thats called overtraining. if your just starting to work out you should not kill yourself becasue your body must adapt. First of all, get a weightgainer as people have said. They taste good and will help a lot because your burning more carbs than you intake in a day. Secondly start lifting say 3 to 4 times a week, however your comfortable. upper one day lower the next... theres a bunch.. i do a muscle group and its partner muscle a day (bicep-tricep). Lastly dont get discouraged. eat well, take vitamins, protein, and lift and you will gain weight.
