Go see Django Unchained NOW

Fucking one of the best movies I've seen this year. Seen it twice in theatre's and probably gonna watch it again online. Plus I feel as if this was one of Tarantino's better films. It was long though and even enjoying every second of it, it was still very long with a lot of dialogue, but hey thats Tarantino for ya. The bag scene was one of my favorites, really helped add some comedy right in the middle of the story which was nice. Overall fucking loved it, 10/10 GO SEE IT NOW IF YOU HAVEN'T, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

just watched it, fucking awesome. Tarantino fucking delivered again. the soundtrack, characters, everything was dope. the plot was maybe a little bit weird at parts but i dont care cuz everything else made up for it. tarantino had a sweet cameo as usual too except this time he exploded.

man that was fuckin rad.

Loved it.

It's just this raw, amazing, brutal violence film that could have come out at the same time Pulp Fiction did, and no one would second guess the era of cinematography.

We need more films like that.

Guarantee those "errors" are intentional.

Not to sound like a pretentious douche, but it sounds like if you watched a few Tarantino movies and then gave Django another try you'd like it more. Tarantino takes a little more to appreciate it's epicness than some are used to.

Movie was baller

seen it yesterday with a couple friends and damn! what a badass movie !

i just found it a bit long, imho when comparing the first half of the movie with the last half, the last part was pretty slow and boring, but still very good!

definitely a movie you have to see !

+i just loved christoph waltz' role, i really enjoyed his character in inglorious bastards and he didn't disappoint in this one !

and just how hilarious is samuel l jackson's role ?! :P

Shit was cray. It was just an overall awesome film., QT style of course. If you dont like his style then this isnt an amazing film for you, but I loved it, Christoph Waltz is just an awesome actor, and just everything is so honest and brutal, couldnt have wanted more. GO SEE THAT SHIT

*lynch mob

the KKK wasn't even formed until the end of the civil war.

the film predates them by 7 years.

I saw it in Jackson a day or so after it came out and the whole movie theater cheered when those shots came up. It was pretty cool. As opposed to when a movie that was filmed in Albuquerque shows here no one ever notices.

Also that movie was the best I've seen in a long time.

Take a shot everytime the word "nigger" is said in the movie....

It's probably one of my favorite movies, it had the right mix of action, and comedy! Jonah Hill even makes an appearance!!

haha yeah, check out this interview from 13:55 on ....pretty hilarious imho !

That is the perfect description... although I did not like it because it was too liberal and biased.

Just kidding it was bomb

Not my favorite Tarantino film and it honestly felt too short to me, but I believe that's because there was no element of suprise due to me hounding the internet for news on the movie every other day because I'm such a Tarantino geek, therefore, I pretty much knew everything I was going to be seeing. Anyway, the movie was still phenomenal, just not my favorite by Quentin. I loved the action, however, the dialogue wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Quentin usually has the characters go on extremely entertaining monologues that really show the depth of the character, however, there were none for Django (the character, that is). I believe this is because he is such a soft-spoken character and is so used to being silenced as he was a slave before bounty hunting, but I would've really loved a good monologue from him.

Christoph Waltz was nothing short of fantastic. Such an amazing actor and performer. I loved his character. Leo pulled off Calvin Candie perfectly and I never thought once during the movie "Damn, he's good at acting" because I completely forgot I was watching actors. They simply just BECAME their characters. Overall, I give them film an 8/10 and that is by Tarantino standards, normal would be 10/10 because there is no one else like QT.

See this movie for sure.

Oh, and the reason Jonah Hill is in it is because Tarantino has one comedian in every movie that plays an unusual part (for example: Mike Myers in Inglourious Basterds).

Agreed, im a HUGE Tarantino buff, I thought it was good but fairly conservative by QTs standards. I would of rather had it not been such a linear plot because I think thats part of what make his films so good and revoltionary. Despite this it still had the brutual un-filtered nature of a classic Tarantino, also awesome that he finally came out with a western, I know he's been wanting to make one forever.

I'd have to agree probably a 8-9/10 comparatively but definitely the best movie ive seen in theaters for years. Go see it and remember the d's silent mothafucka.

Premiered in Sweden yesterday, and I finally got to see it today.

I'm not sure what other movies I have seen in the recent years that could top it, honestly. So fucking amazing. Went in with very high expectations, due to all the good reviews, and got them blown away. Soundtrack was on point. I mean, Tarantino even made Rick Ross feel adequate, that's pretty fucking well done. Acting was so good I could feel for them all. And the details and al around wrapping of the movie was excellent.

10/10

Honestly the guy has moved up my list of favorite actors. In Inglorious Basterds he made you want to punch him in the fucking face and in Django he made you want to pat him on the back for being "the man". Look out for him because I have a feeling he is gonna take hollywood by storm.
