Girl claims rape

i think cases are always going to be independent from another, and it's complicated as fuck, especially having no witnesses, and shit. ... but i don't really know where to stand on the topic. i mean, if a guy knows the girl is wasted and takes advantage of her, it bothers me. but if he a guy takes advantage of a girl, she has to like turn him down a couple of times for that to actually be validated as against her will, in my head.

last night i watched some girls gone wild episode on tv for shits and giggles, and i was honestly laughing at how fucking awkward that shit is, but like it seems so unethical to me to take some drunk slut back to a bus and coax her into actually showing her tits...like they talk the girls into it, and i don't care if she is a slut or just an expressive exhibitionist, it just seems wrong...and to me it's like, if you don't fully want to do something then don't.

in that sense, that's how i view taking advantage of someone... as per drunk chicks coming onto guys and just banging them because they're drunk...i dunno man, give me a break and have some self respect. i can't handle people who pull the i didn't know any better shit...like when guys cheat on their gfs and validate it by being drunk. i don't care how drunk you got, you had the cognitive ability to decide to not get drunk, or that drunk, and especially if you know you get crazy and show your tatas when you get that drunk.

i don't think i officially feel bad for a girl who makes a bad decision when she is drinking ... maybe it'll always depend on how the story sounds ....but i don't know. to me, being raped is fully being restricted from making a decision to walk away. whereas i think that like being talked into something you dont want to do is kind of your fault, even though the other person should know when to back the fuck off...that being said, i think the individual should have some personal responsibility. case in point, you should know better and own up for your shit. you know, unless someone's physically forcing you, and not giving you a choice..then shut up and walk away. which is admittedly confusing for teens. i've experienced both situations and well sex of any kinds is only good for when you're emotionally ready for it, and waiting keeps you out of these stupid situations... i mean sexual harassment is even unwanted attention, so that's turning down the attention and not giving in. again, it's being forced to receive something you didn't want. i don't think there's always a fine line... you know...unless they're blackmailing you, then that's assault.

and guys if you're that horny, ask mom for a fleshlight for xmas.

in my opinion if a girl calls rape and it is proven she was lying, she should get the same charges as a rapist.

 
i agree completely.she could ruin a mans entire life by pulling the rape card. like you would have to register as a sex offender, never get hired for a legit job, ect...

i was just pointing that out. that hpv is way common and probably yeah like 1/2 of newschoolers carries it, you increase your risk of having it by 87% if you drink 4 loko
 
same shit happened to a kid at my school. he got in trouble with the courts and shit and his parents were livid. he's actually dead now the girls cousins killed the fuck out of him
 
I had a girlfriend do this to me. It was fucked up. I was all ready to man up and be a dad at 17. When I found out she lied I dumped her ass and then she told everyone that I dumped her because there was a chance that she was pregers even though it was because I found out she wasn't and lying. I had teachers at school call me a scumbag it was fucked. Long story short, 5 years later I have yet to find a woman I can trust.

i know a guy who had this happen, but we were in college, and she tried to say he roofied her. he didnt, and everything ended up being fine. Now on the other hand, one of my good friends younger sister was a slut and accused a guy of fingering her against her will when they were both around 16 and he got kicked out of school (private catholic school) and a bunch of other shit, turns out she was lying becuase daddy found out she hooked up with a black kid.(fucked up right?)

either way, a doctor cannot determine whether or not intercourse was consentual, only if it happened or not. was she drunk? because that could prove VERY bad for you.
 
i think things should be fine though, the truth will prevail. and if it doesnt you will have to register as a sex offender in every state you go into..
