ur not fucked. In a court of law the prosecution must provide evidence against the defense, and she has none that the sex was non-consensual.

Rape charges are decided on a case by case bases so theres no definitive ruling on this, however..

The more drunk she was the more fucked you are

The more drunk you were the better you are

The more people that saw you go upstairs together the better you are

If you didn't supply the alcohol your in a better scenario

And chances are she won't proceed with this anyway.
 
I don't know where I read this, but pretty much this guy posted this story where his ex-gf accused him of rape. I guess somehow he had accidentally video taped the incident where she claimed she was being raped, but it was actually 100% consensual. Well anyways as the story goes, he lets the case go all the way to trail and lets the girl testify and everything. Then before the trail is over, he tells his lawyer about the tape, and they bring it into evidence. The girl is sentenced to jail for perjury and pretty much fucks her life over, while the guy is cleared of all charges.
Honestly the story sounds bs, but thought id share it anyways.
 
America is a real fucked up country if you'd get into trouble for 'raping' her.

You'll be fine dude, if she even continues to press charges (which isn't all that likely I guess), she's not gonna win that lawsuit anyway.

I think you shouldn't stress over it if you can. But I would be concerned with the girls ability to ruin your life.
The real problem here, and what you need to learn, are the girls intentions and the fathers position and knowledge of what has happened.
From that knowledge you can begin to understand what she is trying to claim.

secondly. if she does do a rape kit, i would imagine there should be no signs of forced penetration if she was wet. if in your state 16 is the legal age of consent, then there's something not to worry about. i doubt this will ever make it to court anyways...like i'd honestly be shocked if her dad was that foolish and wanted to waste a couple grand in court, unless you really hurt his pride and dignity that much by banging his oh so pure 16 year old.

Just to get things cleared up. I definetly did not rape this girl...nothing even close to that. If anything i was taken advantage of because she practically followed me to my bed and took off my pants when i was mad drunk. And i think the legaql age of consent in my state is 18..so mabye were both fucked?

But i just got news from her today that the cops are coming today and she is telling them that she was not raped. So hopefully thats what happens and this shit is all over. Now im just worried about a fucking STD, i talked to this girl for the first time of my life that day, and we fucked that night. So that probably says a lot about her character. Im getting tested Wensday.
 
^ Ya these are some good life lessons, Always wear a condom, don't repeat the mistake and probably the biggest mistake you made was not treating the girl well after sex. After you get physical with a girl you should be considerate after and make sure you get her home or talk to her in the morning or wtv. It's as much emotional as it is physical. You don't need to talk to her after that but the day after it counts.

In my law class we talked about a case from right here in Oswego over the summer at Harborfest. Thousands of people flock here for a weekend of partying and sick fireworks. Well this young man and young woman were extremely drunk and were all over each other. They eventually had sex and the next day of course doesn't remember any of it, just knows that she had a P in her V. So she is claiming rape and has the cops listening to her phone call when she calls the guy. He tells her he's sorry for something, it wasn't an admission of guilt by any means to him because it was consensual. But she can't remember that she was all over him and because he said sorry the police take that as an admission of rape and this kid might serve time.

Gotta wait at least a week for most tests, two for some and three months for HIV. Chance is they won't see shit in your tests if you're going in only five days deep. Good luck.
 
Hmm, in Finland it's quite different. You can basically rape rape rape to your heart's content and probably only get probation and some fines. Sucks for the girls/women. Let's say someone rapes you, and they don't threaten you with a knife, or they don't hit you "too much", then it's seen as a reduced sentence factor in the punishment.

There are 70+ different strains of HPV, yes you can get it wearing a condom (just like any other STD), some of the strains are harmless and only cause warts (not like herpes, just little warts that can be removed), and some of the strains are harmful and cause cervical cancer, throat cancer, and testicular/penile cancer. You can also contract HPV from going down on someone. Some girls don't even know they have it (esp. if they don't get yearly check-ups and even if they do), and some guys don't even know they have it because there's no real way to test for it, and I'm pretty sure it's higher than 1/3rd of society has or had HPV (had meaning yes, it can go away and never come back like chicken pox).
I think OP is an idiot for not wearing a condom tho, herpes, chlamydia, HIV/AIDS, syphilis (although you might laugh because syphilis is such an old one: The disease is still responsible for 19 millioninfections per year and at least 59 per 100,000 deaths in the United Statesalone and is a serious health issue, even in developing countries (AmericanMedical Association 2007). So yes, wearing a condom = better, but to quote The Hangover "We all do dumb shit when we're fucked up." So hopefully his situation works out, this whole thing DOESN'T go to court, and he wears a condom and doesn't have sex when he's drunk again or when the girls is drunk, unless it's with obviously consenting partner, aka girlfriend.
 
Well it would not be rape because she wanted to have sex, but they can say that she was drunk so she did not give you the consent to have sex with her ( was she drinking? ) because if she was not drinking you can't get in trouble. But on the other hand some states have a sex age law, where if you have sex under age you can get in trouble, like Minnesotas is 16. Maybe that will help a little
