Last night i was chillin getting my drink on with a few girls and two of my bros. And i was macking on this girl, we started making out and shit. And i said i was going upstairs to sleep and she said "im coming with" and then she followed me and we laid down and made out some more and then she told me to take off my pants and then we proceded to take off all of our articles of clothing. You most likely know how things go i dont need to explain everything. This girl was more than DTF..she wanted it so bad it was on a whole new level. So we had sex, and then another round. And we wake up with her having mad hickeys on her neck..and she was bitching about her dad seeing them. And i was a dick and left her at the house of the party and i was her ride home..and i guess she walked home? And next thing i know i get a text from a differant girl at the party saying her dad made her go to the hospital to get checked for rape.

I definetly did not rape this girl and i never have raped any girl in my life. i think that is 100% fucked up. And i didnt cum inside her. Do i have anything to worry about? Can i still get in trouble for this even tho she is blantly lieing? By the way she is my age, were both 17.

I actually think you have a problem here. When it comes to the laws regrading this, men are pretty much fucked. Cause if a girl says you raped her, most people are inclined to believe her, I know lots of people want to disagree with that but thats the truth. especially if you were both drunk, they're gonna say you took advantage of her. Thats a pretty shitty situation you have there.
 
Oh I forgot, some girl in my dorm claimed rape when the guy didn't even make out her, I think she just wanted him to leave for whatever reason. But there was a huge deal about and the kid almost got in serious trouble, i.e. he'd be fucked for life. But the girl admitted it wasn't rape and she just said that. And as you see, people believed her.

Now, maybe her dad asked her if she had sex and she was scared/upset/emotional (girls can be VERY emotional at 17, I was crazy, thank god I grew out of that - I never claimed rape though) and said "yes, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO!" (as she was scared her dad would get pissed/she'd look like a total slut for wanting to ect.). Or maybe she's just crazy, or maybe none of this is true and that other girl was just starting drama (girls at all ages like to start dramaz, so do guys). So step 1 = find out if it's true, step 2 = have a serious convo with YOUR parents if it is true and explain to them the whole situation, no matter how embarrassing it might be (unless your parents will literally throw you out of their house and you might get beaten, then don't, but find an adult you trust and talk to him/her about it, maybe get a lawyer but if you're 17 you're probably too poor for this option

thats the issue, since they were drunk and if she called rape, then everyone is pretty much on her side. Thats why you should never do it with a dunk chick cause that bound to happen to someone. And I think the fact that you didn't have a condom (i think you said that) makes it seem more like rape. Not saying you raped her or anything, but someone else might use that against you.

Well not neccesarily, You could use this and say you had no condom on you and you had no intentions of having sex until it was brought upon you state that she advised you to take your pant's off, my guess is if this went to court and she was under oath she would most likely agree to asking you to take your pants off.

But seriously what it all comes down to, if you do get falsely accused of rape, may as well rape her anyways and reap the benefits.
 
you should have her friend come forward and say she was raped by you, then reneged on the stand, saying she lied. and then she humiliates the girl and gets the original girl to renege on the stand. then you sue the original girls family for millions of dollars. then you and the two girls meet up in the hotel room and have a three way. then the original girl gets killed by a cop who was supposed to only arrest her. this upsets you, so you kill the cop with the help of the second girl and sail away on your new yacht. but be careful of the other girl because she might try and poison you and take the cash.
