If you're eating healthy (And by this i mean eating not just protein, vegetables and complex carbohydrates but fats too), getting no health related problems then your naturally meant to be a smaller build. There are a lot of problems with BMI that don't take in personal body type.

If you're really worried about it go to the doctors and discuss it with them. But first you should take your body weight using a skin fold test, it might be a skeletal problem rather than fat (Although you seem skinny).

But if you want to build weight have a lot of protein, or get those bars that football players use to gain weight although they are just temporary. Don't just start cramming fatty food because they will be derogatory to your health in other ways. As people have said try and gain muscle. Lean muscle if you're worried about looking too muscularly or try weight lifting to gain some bulk weight.

If you're really worried go to the doctors and look into the reason your metabolism is so fast (Assuming you're eating enough calories to exercise).

Definately go to your doctor. If the weight loss in unexplained (like your workout routine hasn't changed since you were steady at 160) then there could be a more serious reason for your weight loss.

I'm sure there's nothing wrong, but its better to be safe than sorry.
