got a dui st. pattys for blowing a .04, had to spend the night in jail with a bunch of crazy mother fuckers, and some of those cops were also the rudest most power hungry pieces of shit i have ever met in my entire life. i guess im still just pissed off and venting. FUCK THE POLICE
 
how the fuck would you know. they did because if your under 21 in utah you can get a dui for having any alcohol in your system and im 18.

Woah,i doubt he knew you were under 21. Even if he did, he was just making a statement dont blow up on him.
 
yeah they can, even if you are over 21 any alcohol in you system at a level between .04 and .08 can be deemed a DUI based on your driving, actions, etc. The .08 limit is just the number at which a DUI is certain, its not neccesarily the floor for a DUI.
 
hmm i'm sure he got asked for id. If you're under 21 its a zero tolerence policy. WHY THE FUCK YOU DRIVING DRUNK ANYWAY, its your fault
 
1st, then don't drink and drive if you aren't 21, plain and simple. You say fuck the police like you're a hardass but really YOU are the ignorant one, they are doing their jobs. 2nd off, if you have a .04 blood alchohol level and they give you a DUI I'd go fight that in court, but since you're under 21 the judge would probably laugh in your face. Here's a tip for next time, if you've been drinking and you aren't 21 don't drive like a dumbass or do anything suspicious to make the cop pull you over. And, since you are so ignorant and childish, I imagine you say they are power-hungry and rude just to be immature and name call because your having a tantrum.
 
They aren't power hungry, and they don't have any reason to be nice to felons, they aren't trying to be nice to them. If every time you went to jail they were polite and baked you cookies going to jail wouldn't suck.

I'm not ignorant to the situation, and I'm not saying you should, but its there so what can you do about it. Obviously if this guy is dumb enough to drink and drive under 21 he will certainly drink and drive over 21. If he was 21 and had .04 blood alchohol level it wouldn't be a big deal.
 
HE WASN'T DRIVING DRUNK asshats! .04 is HALF the legal limit over 21, and I highly doubt anyone who has that little alcohol in their blood has an impaired judgment.

So I agree, the driking laws in the US are extremely dumb and hypocritical, but at this point there's nothing you can do about it... How old are you by the way?

well i didnt say they had to be nice but every cop ive met has been excesivly rude and power-hungry so im talking out of my experience. and ive seen the show cops a couple of times and it seems that every time someone tries to surrender from something niceely by putting their hands up like 3 or 4 cops come and deck the guy into the pavement then like kneel on their backs pushing there face into the ground then handcuff them or beat the shitout them with their night sticks(Rodney King). and i do agree with you that driving drunk is stupid and wreckless but he blew a .04 so i doubt he was very drunk if drunk at all

Anyway, Rodney King was ludicrous which is why it got so much attention from the media, and it was sparked by discrimination against blacks. Cops MIGHT be excessive sometimes because they don't know if you have a gun or a knife or something and if you're desperate enough to use it. I can see why they are rough with you because they aren't taking any chances. I've seen cops many times and I don't recall ever seeing sombody give up from a chase or something then the cop decks them and pushes there face into the ground. Police control has gotten alot better if you do something wrong as a police officer you can really get harsh punishment in the courtroom like personal damages, most likely loosing your job, etc.
 
yeah well i also skateboard so i guess my veiws towards cops could be a little biased, cuz they are always d-bags to me even if i dont talk back to them
 
First off if you acted drunk enough to need to blow and only blew a .04 u need to grow a set bro and learn how to hold ur booze we have a pocket breathalyser and i dont feel a thing at .04 so if u got pulled over at .04 u should quit drinkin!!
 
yea its true you know they actually do hate skateboarders and i got a story to back it up.... ok so im skating its like 9 at night in the summer on like a wednesday or sometime midweek but it wasnt a friday or saturday, anyways im just riding i do a lil ollie and some cop puts his siren on and flashes his lights at me so i stop and look to see whats goin on cuz i had no idea that he was pulling me over so as soon as i do he jumps out of the car grabs me and checks the bag i have with me which just a subway sandwich bag by the way, pulls my apart piece by piece with his bare hands and shit, then he lets me go and says "oh you're clean, i was just checking for drugs and flower-bombs" WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ABOUT then he gets in his car and drives away while im yellin at him to get his badge# and his name and he just flies off, oh and i got his name i saw his tag while he was pulling out its Officer Romano in Guilderland NY hes a total and complete asshole, hes broken into my friends houses with no warrent lookin for weed and shit its riddiculous, oh and .04 cant be arrested i believe you have to be above .05 to be impaired and thats a missdemeaner but if you have 3 of those within 10 years they move it up to a dui and its a felony, even though you are 18 fight that in court because that is a felony and those are bad the worst that will happen is you get drinking underage and thats barely anything its a minor missdemeanor
 
Haha, fuck you. You gave merit to drinking and driving because everyone does it? Anyone who drives drunk deserves to get arrested and/or into a severe car accident with them and a tree.

Dude, you can't barge into somebodys house as a cop looking for shit without a warrant. I'm in Criminal Justice class RIGHT now and we just learned about that kind of stuff and the exlusionary rule. If he did that then you file a report against him and he gets fired, and there is no defense he can put up unless he has probable cause to search that house under exigent circumstances, which won't happen if they are looking for a little weed. They don't just go door to door checking out peoples houses, god damn.

You think that cops are prejudiced power-hungry assholes? That may be true for a few of them, but if you look at any profession I'm sure there is the same ratio of power-hungry prejudiced assholes than is in the police force. The cops prejudice is just more noticable. WE would be FUCKED without cops, so just lay off and don't be a dumbass. Sure you'll get screwed over once in a while by a dickhead cop, but their positive influence far outweighs the negative
 
I know more about law by taking that class then most people here. I took that class so I'd know my rights as a citizen and so on, not to be a lawyer. I would have never figured a guy thats been on this site so long to be one of the biggest douche bags on newschoolers.

trust me dude ask anyone that lives in Albany or Guilderland or anywhere close to Guilderland they will probably have heard of them, the problem is youre not gonna tell your parents that cops came to the ho use and searched you for weed and drugs cuz that will rise suspiscion and the cops will bullshit them cuz they are like that around here, fortunately enough some kids had the balls (including me) to file reports against him and now hes like a criminal investigator or some other job but hes still on the force and while hes still not supposed to do the same shit he used to he still does, and he gets loads of busts by just catagorizing people by what they wear and shit or what they are driving like if we have tinted windows we've gotten pulled over and searched, i blare my stereo in my car and ive gotten pulled over and searched its ridduculous ive even gotten searched cuz i was walking on the wrong side of the road so i was walking with traffic, ive gotten put in a car for tripping a little and stumbling cuz it was dark and the road had a pothole i didnt notice, i even blew a .000 i didnt drink or smoke anything, Now i have met a few cool cops actually, well only one but he wasnt a bad person by all means so not all are assfuckers only 99.9999% of them are
 
He can't pick you up or search you if you aren't drunk, you report that shit. I HIGHLY doubt he'd get away with that all the time but I wasn't there so I don't know. All I know is if he does something like pull you over for no reason or search you for no reason report it and he WILL get fired. If I got searched because it looked like I was drunk but I was fine I'd get his ass fired ASAP. If he gets away with it all the time tell the people he does it to to stop being dumbasses and do something about it, you have rights you know.
 
i know thats why ireported him and they "relocated his position" which i know is total bullshit and it did nothing to deal with the problem but thats GPD for ya

anyway, where i live, the blood alcohol concentration for people under 21 is .02 and .08 for over 21 to get a dui
 
yea we try to report him everytime but weve been doin this for almost 2 years now, oh and if you want a comparison to him watch Baker 3 and theres a closeup of a bunch of cops and theres this one guy who looks really really pissed off, that guy reminds me of officer Romano
