Freakout demo is out

Sorry I cant be more helpful, I'm thinking of all I can. Still havent been able to locate the actual file that apparently is missing, but its name implies is a Direct x file.
 
ok. question for people who are having the .dll problem.

Do you have a genuine copy of windows XP or one that isnt? Just checking cause mine isnt genuine so im thinking maybe windows is being a bitch and wont let me install the latest direct x
 
Do this...as long as u have a genuine copy of a microsoft OS then itll work. I was haveing the file problem too but now it works
 
ok so i guess i was right with microsoft not letting me install it. thats rediculous, i just didnt feel like going out and buying a copy of windows for my computer i built, if i did that i might as well have bought a premade one.
 
Did you try installing it when it prompted you in the game setup? If not try that: uninstall and reinstall the whole game.
 
ok i got it to work

what i did was i went to google and searched microsoft direct x. then i followed their steps and installed it. now the game works
 
ok, i got it working by downloading direct x from the microsoft website...

but this game doesnt seem that sweet... its glitchy and hard to control speed, plus turning is weird
 
ya my very first run i hated the game. im now liking it more and more with every run. ill try to post a non biast reivew later on tonight.
 
this game isnt worth me doing a review for. jibberish is still my favourite... maybe this game would be better if the level didnt suck
 
so i finaly got it downloaded, it took 2 hours plus!! and then after it installed i went to click on it and it said it couldnt be opend or some shit, i was like fuck!!! so has this happend to anyone? how did u fix it? i suck at computer shit.
 
I started playing and my dude didnt show up and it was just flashing from game play to white mad fast, coulda caused a seizure. any idea?

If you have problems just opening the .exe, you probably had the download cut out somewhere. Re-down it!
 
in the program file folder i only have 2 dll files instead of the 3 that reker? mentioned
 
ok, I have dl's all the directX and the whole demo, but when i click on the "freak out" icon, my screen goes black. I still have my itunes and stuff playing in the background, but nothing happens. fuck! does anyone have any helpful info for me?
 
yea that shit is happening to me to. just like wicked fast white blinking over the whole screen and just the sillouette of the skier. i dunno computers so if anyone has ne advice?
 
oh my god i suck at this game, nothing like jibberish

i think im not going to have any social life for a week

 
this level is like immposibe to beat, i have two rail challenges left, i can't fimd one, and i can't do the other! fun game though
 
Actually we don't get viruses and our computers run amazingly for music and video. So have fun getting spyware and viruses and having to reformat your computer.
