Yeah I was. I was hoping for more fighting between Perez and the field

What a boring, strategy driven race. Most exciting moment was if verstappen would pit around lap 46.

Lewis's radio when he started realizing Max was going to go to the end on the mediums was good entertainment.. Max's tire management was ridiculous.

F1 ?

Is that the high speed diarrhea event your corn shitter hosts?

idk where the other one went but use this talk about F1

does anyone on ns even know what it is?

Haas and Magnussen on pole in Brazil... miracles do happen. Ferrari is making me sad. So much driver talent and so much team incompetence. Well maybe next season.

RIP Mick’s chances for a seat next season

Hyped to see it but can't help but think he'll drop out of top 10 after the Sprint.

Super exciting race. Sainz racing hard , Hamilton with drive of the day almost making it back from a contact.

How shit is verstappen though what a douche. Checo had the best radio right at the end "really shows what kind of guy he is." Checo has only been loyal to the guy all year, took him to a championship, and gets cast aside for a couple points in a season he's already won. Super hard to be a fan of Verstappen.

im still not over how the season ended last year. how could anyone think what massi did was fair.

This season had a couple of good races, but idk i just hate seeing max in the winning car/winning team.

"I have my reasons." What??

Perez already helped win him the championship, giving him the place and Red Bull would have a 1,2 in the standings right now. And Verstappen gets nothing out of it, at all, is he trying to prove a point? Perez has barely stepped a foot wrong for Verstappen. Overall dick move.

Verstappen's move in Brazil is beyond selfish.

Regardless of if Checo binned it purposely or not in Monoco Q3, Max had already won the championship before the race in Brazil. His work was done, wdc contract bonuses earned, etc.

Checo defended "like a lion" in Abu gp, potentially winning him gp, max is the definition of a backstabber.

Lewis, having not won a race all season showed the true class of what it means to be on of the greatest of all time in his post race interview. He was happy for Russels first win, and happy for the team. I don't think that Max would have the same emotional maturity to do that if he was in Lewis's shoes

Huge class act. And without verstappen tagging him on that corner, the race would have been his no doubts. The guy is a legend.

Overall such a sick race. Leclerc hitting the wall and coming back for fourth. Sainz almost taking another win. Alonzo with a fifth. Just solid weekend.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Verstappen is a dick.

I don't like dickriding hamilton but this is really where people enter the conversation of being incredibly talented vs. goat conversation drivers. Of course all drivers are selfish sometimes or else they never really succeed as much as they could, but blatantly fucking over your teammate's and another driver's race all because you wanted to really takes verstappen out of the goat conversation for me. on the other hand, hamilton has multiple examples of being a great backer for his teammates when his pace wasn't necessarily there (of course he by no means is without fault for any crashes he has caused over the years)

basically, the little things matter, and that's what makes you an amazing driver vs. entering the conversation for the greatest of all time

The only problem is have with Hamilton, and it's not personal, is a strong dislike for the frontrunner team. Mercedes stranglehold on qualification and races for years on end makes me root against him. Same with Vettel back when he was with Redbull, kind of makes me against whoever is the #1 driver at that team. Even though i'm a huge Ferrari fan, those years the Michael Schumacher dominated the entire schedule made for a lot of boring races.

Now that Redbull seems to be the top team right now makes me a bit more of a Hamilton fan and I feel like i can appreciate his greatness when he's not out front by 20 seconds.

Literally covered the word nascar with formula 1 lol

I do not understand why everyone is acting so surprised at Verstappen. Dude has been a little brat since he entered F1. Hell, look up his and you’ll see where he gets it from.

Lol yeah Jos is a wife beater

Actually I take it back.

I think Charles might get it. Could go either way.

Do you think that checo can get fuel from the Brazil incident and turn into a demon and have a battle with max for the championship?? Imagine Lewis is in on the battle as well.

Checo and Leclerc are so inconsistent it's hard to say. Personally, I want a Hamilton win, Leclerc second, checo third, and a verstappen DNF. Story book end to the season. Maybe throw a Ricciardo 5th in for fun.

good on leclerc for getting second!! also not hyped at all about dan, seb, mick and even latifi leaving :((

Looks like Verstappen and Checo really squashed that beef to get Checo 2nd. Oh wait… Also, Max totally didn’t late brake Checo for the lead into turn one at the start of the race.

Leclerc on one. Checo almost got it. Highlight of the race though was the Schumacher/ Latifi synchronized spin.

I'm going to say it. The manufactured outrage over Max Chadstappen for Brazil is ridiculous. fact is, Checo (who I love) fucked off a ton of opportunities to be higher in the standings during the season. And anyone who thinks Max was going to gift Checo the win in AD is on crack.

f1 fan base is so incredibly toxic it’s crazy hahaha like holy shit i bet even latifi wouldn’t suck so bad if people didn’t abuse the fucj out of him online

Hamilton not getting a win this season is pretty surprising. 2013-2021 with at least one win is a hell of a run. Stats like that are what force me to include him in the GOAT conversation.

i’m just gonna throw out some predictions for next season cause why not

- AM will be fighting alpine to be the best of the rest next season. Nando couldn’t be ready enough to leave alpine but i predict he’ll clash with stroll on the track.

- Alpine will continue to fuck themselves over in the reliability department. Ocon and Gasly will absolutely clash considering Nando’s exit from Alpine. Great for gasly for not being on a shit team anymore i guess.

- Mclaren will be fighting for third place considering daniel is now gone and piastri out paced lando in the last abu dhabi tests.

- Haas is going to keep sucking ass even with 2 experienced drivers. I’m actually glad mick left, haas wasn’t for him and he wasn’t for haas. Maybe he will be able to prove himself in the future?

- Williams will be much stronger when comparing sargeant’s and albon’s abu dhabi lap test times to how latifi consistently went much slower than albon.

- Mercedes will be back at the top unfortunately i really don’t want to see george fighting for the title. But good for george if he beats 7x world champion lewis hamilton in the same equipment again.

- hope redbull boofs it, i don’t want to see another dominant max.

- Ferrari will be fighting mercedes for the championship will less reliably and strategy errors!

- Alfa will continue to stick around the middle ground, Zhou will have a good sophomore season if reliability doesnt fuck him over.

- With Alpha Tauri Devries will destroy tsunoda even though it’ll be his rookie year. When looking at the abu dhabi test time nick was a second faster than yuki over 100+ laps! This will be yukis last year which sucks cause he’s a great personality.

Hot take, but I don't like Hamilton. He's a good driver and humble and all that good stuff, but jesus christ he whined like a little bitch boy this year when he had the same car as Russell. Most memorable part of the season was I think after the Italian gran prix russell finished p4 and hamilton p13 and you heard toto come on the radio and apologized to hamilton for the car being undriveable. Russell climbed 7 spots and hamilton climbed one thats the driver's fault at that point. You have th third fastest car on the track act like it.

One of the most interesting driver pairings next year is going to be Stroll/Alonso

Alonso is not going to be as forgiving in a incident with stroll like sea was + the added dynamic with strolls dad is going to make for some fiery debrief rooms

Also think stroll is pretty decent and he did not get to choose who his dad was

stroll shows some hints of brilliance but he’s probably one of the grids most inconsistent drivers, mostly a beast in the wet.

I am no HAM fan. But a lot of incidents were he was beaten by Russel this year was not due to pace, but bad luck with safety cars.

Sad to see Daniel go but I do not feel much sympathy for the man. You don't perform, you get cut. Can't really fathom the perspective that he deserves to stay

Personally was kind of wanting him to go Indycar or go real off the walls and go to nascar.
