first off, im not gonna watch the movie, or read 75% of this thread. it just pisses me off that:

the people who are being attacked cant except it that someone dissed their style.

to begin wiht 4bi9 is stands for exactly what this vis is making fun of. if i recall, in someones defense of 4bi9, they said, we ski for fun, and just like wearing the clothes we wear. its kinda hard to beleive all of that with the rediculous clothes that you wear. its absurd, why would u wear quad xls and think its cool? the traditional baggy fit is cool, but there is a point where its beyond that. and judging by the vids of 4bi9, there choice in music is also something that makes them have an irrgular image. the 'skiing' is good if u call slaying a rail skiing, well its sick i guess.

really what im saying is image and style is all personal preference. it sounds as tho the people who made the movie had a good message but portrayed it poorly. i do like how they showed it expecting to be bashed, because more people on ns really just enjoy this 4bi9 crap. which sucks, and is one of those things that pros would say could ruin or completly alter the freeskiing image thats been worked so hard for.

for me, i ski for fun, wear what i think looks cool. its hard not to follow trends. i always say with my friend who always wants to wear big clothes when we sesh is that u gotta be able to throw down to wear it. i take that back.

finally, its just frusterating to see where some of these types of skiing are going. i do enjoy urban rails very much, and very tech rail tricks, but now that most people can do multiple switchups and pretzels and spins on and off rails, rails in the park are becoming obsolete. steeze and style are much more importante to me as well. skimatic did a good job in showing where skiing is going, or should be. progessive urbans and backcountry. not that this is new, but thats what ski movie sshould be, some tgr esq mixed with l1. its a stretch but it could be epic.

personally, i have an opinion, u dont have to like it, but you have to respect me for stating it. theres a good chance one of u who defends 4bi9 will bitch me out, but i have an opinion. if u give me strong evidence to alter it, i can change my opinion.

ah bummer bro, i thought i got p3wnd by matt walker... damn... well ne who brosef... this charlie cat, he must be pretty damn good and congradulations to him, but i never was tryin to say that he sucked at skiing... and personally i dont even know him so i dont know what his style is like.... but im just so sick and tired of seein everyone so thugged out. I just saw absinthe films new movie more and there are 2 guys in there who are thugged out to the max and they probably had the gayest parts of the entire movie... all the other guys who just wore normal clothes stood out more in there segments because of the tricks they did and how they did them instead of the clothes they wore and how they wore them

yo im not trying to start shit with you at all, just express my opinion of what youve said. with that said

we all ski because we think its fun, we also think going to this store gen x and buying rediculously big tshirts for 5 bucks to be fun to, its funny to us. about the music, we for the most part listen to rap, it sounds good to us. i listen to gangsta rap, underground shit, super hardcore rock, screamo, punk, ska, blues, jazz, everything. yeh we used a thug sounding song because we think its funny. garuntee if you ever come and ride with us were nice ass people and arent gangsta at all, we just think the style is fun and enjoy it, its personal preference and i just think its fucked up for someone to come out and blatantly bash on what someone thinks is fun just because they have a better idea of what is better.

about the rail slaying, if you have a better idea of what to do with 6-8 inches of snow and the first day of snow then let me know, id be glad to hear. but it is was september and we didnt have much else to do.

you got a opinion and i do to, but the whole reason anyone who rocks this shit gets mad is because we never go out and knock on someone elses style, and shit we never try to say shit bout anyone unless they say shit about something we like.

i ski because its one of my favorite things to do. i cant believe people who do the same sport for one are wasting there time to mock people doing the same thing. honestly this is riduclous. i dont want to associate myself with NS anymore if this is what its becomming. if you want freesking to die, you want to never have it in the olympics or even get taken any more seriously than snowblading keep on doing shit like this. its fucking gross that you are so ignorant to what you are doing. chill out man. use that time making that video to go pass out flyers for a demo somewhere or a new shop.
