so you have almost $900 left after rent heat and taxes. You're telling me that won't buy food for a month?
 
Right because drug testing doesnt cost anything to do, and that money definitely wont also come from your taxes. This isnt difficult to understand at all. This is still spending your money, just in a different way. Sure the druggies wont get welfare, instead millions will get spent drug testing everyone, and those who do pass will still get your tax dollars.
