but ive done like 102 in my moms auto jeep liberty and using the first then second then drive like shifting them ive done 70 in second before i shifted it was crazy and ive done like 140 in my buddys moms mazda 6
 
Newschoolers piss me off so much when you try to talk about cars. Soo many of you are gay ricers.

And turbos don't really help you pull any mor RPM's, which contributes to top speed along with gearing.
 
Essentially you still need power to push through all the air resistance created at real high speeds (not that 120mph crap) so it acutally would make a difference. Like comparing 100mph to 200mph. You will need a much more powerful engine to do it. Or a more aerodynamic car.

180MPH in my friends dad's porsche carrera GT (I was not driving). Personally I've gone 130(top speed)in my Audi.

i've gone 100 in my dads WRX but they're way more fun to go fast on turns than straightaways.
 
well prolly a lil over 100, but in my truck the spedo goes up to 85...so i dont know how fast in my car!
 
I might know how he did 125 in second gear, KM/H not MPH. If he is on the metric system that is around 70ish which could be possible. just a thought before we all go call him on his bluff.

189 on the autobahn... We rented a sl55 AMG. We hit a pothole when exiting going 20 mph... Needless to say. We came home with three thousand dollars less
 
100+, dont remember just remember the car upside down next to a pond, skin on my neck slightly burned from the seat belt. Not a great night for me or my dad.
 
My uncle was the director of a big car show in Detroit for a few years and works for Saleen so they had one on site. It was pretty dope.
 
180 km/h oh an 80 km/h road. Unfortunately there is some sort of limiter or something on the truck I was in since it kept speeding up and slowing down by 3 km/h the entire time I was going full out.
