Fastest you have ever been in a car

120mph. but I could have gone faster when I got my hands on my dad's BMW for prom but I had to lead my friends in their van. My brother snuk it out one time and he said that he would pass a car, pull over, wait for it to pass him and then he'd pass it again within a half mile and just mess with the dude haha.

125 in my brand new s2000 today.

125 chirping into 3rd gear (still in 2nd) not even off the on-ramp yet.

my dad his 125 on a stretch in Ithaca, ny where he went to college. ive only hit like 90 or 95 cuz the highway i drive on to school is in shitty condition and really curvy and dangerous, so u cant keep ur speed consistent at that, but i guess u could hit 100 in spots for sure

i was doing 90 in my dads car and it still had a another gear to go and the petal wasdnt all the way to the ground

220km\h....then the gov kicked in, we were in my friends Volvo 850 Turbo

bullshit? hahaha. 2002 s2000 2.0 liter vtech, pushing out 240 out of 4-cylinders. red lines at 9 and had it at 8 1/2 when i shifted to third. actually the clutch is really short and the short throw gear box is realllly nice. a couple of times on one of our main roads i missed 3rd.

got it for 19500 with 40000 miles, so not brand new, but i meant to me.

what do you say now?

what do you have pussy?

i believe its about 153 lbs/ft almost at somewhere like 75000 rpms?

unless youve got an evo or an sti, mustang gt, z28/ss, or a firebird formula ws6... i doubt youre going to outrun something that has 240 out of a 4-cylinder vtech. do your research bud, then drive one.

6 gears is probably better than your 5 too

i dont have any of those right now but i gurantee your 215hp and 215 lbs/ft of torque could assrape your 2 liter honda vtec cuntmobile. my cars not that fast but your car is damn slow

by the way, for a car that weighs a little over a ton, 153 lbs/ft is beast.

are you serious, a toyota prius? 70 hp 2 speed? why are you even comparing, its a hybrid car you idiot.

oh and by the way, prius have something like 82-85 lbs/ft.

^get your facts straight

what do you drive?

and by the way whoever said shifting at 8500 rpms would kill the clutch, that wouldnt hurt the clutch, it will blow the transmission. except in honda/acura vtech engines, which are specifically made for high rpm piston performance..

Ive driven an s2000 (like 2005 or something) they are VERY fast, and very light. I was goin 75 in third gear, but i wasnt comming close to redline if i remember.

^ thankyou man. what year?

you honestly wont find a much faster car for under the 30,000 msrp for evos and sti's

i don't care if you all gone 300km/h.

you haven't lived until you have gone 170 km/h in a jeep tj soft top.

its the most blood curdleing sound you have ever heard. its like the world is coming to an end on top of you.

ive done my research and im willing to say you wont make it to 125mph in 2nd gear in an 2000. nor will you be chirping tires at 125mph.

as for myself 137mph at the limiter of a stock 2000 stang gt. 118 at the limiter of my own v6 stang.

you said 2005 sorry. and in a vtech engine, its very hard to hurt the transmission unless you keep it going past 9000 rpms and miss a shift.

69' all original Camero SS. At half throttle, which it has been at since the purchase, it could peel the prissy little finish off your car.

69' all original Camero SS. At half throttle, which it has been at since the purchase, it could peel the paint off your little shit box.

^^you will at 85000 rpms.

id estimate it runs 0-60 in a little under 4 seconds.

and quarter mile probably 12-12.5

Fastest I've driven is 127 in my mom's passat. Fastest I've been is somewhere around 140 in my friends mom's MB S430.

i drive an EXURSION and its a beast, im not going to lie. it excelerates fast but its got a governor on it so i can only do 98 then i slow donw, stupid shit

more horsepower doesnt mean fast buddy. what do you drive again? and tell me what those cars are then...

to whoever has the 69' SS, wow, that has to be a blast to drive. thats a dream car man, congrats.
