Get them on a road course though and you know who'll win? the s2k isn't meant for straightline speed, it's meant for the bends.
 
167 MPH. Audi S4 V6 Bi-Turbo. Chipped, turbos were tweaked out, new exhaust. On our way down to Waterfest in NJ.

I almost shit my pants.
 
Why do you all think going fast in a straight line is impressive? It doesn't show how good a driver you are, in fact most of you are probably shit drivers. Try some proper motorsport rather than bragging about something that is down to how much you are willing to spend on a car.
 
i would never buy a focus, im just saying there is a shitty focus, a slightly less crappy svt focus , a focus rs which aint bad, then there is a focus with 500bhp that sells for 100k
 
the saleens do, which are extremely rare. the SVTs are still quick, and are modestly priced.

but, ^ hes right, money can be spent elsewhere for a better car.
 
i was accidentally driving 115 in my dad's gli because i wasnt watching the spedometer on the hwy (he was with me so if he noticed he wouldn't let me drive it anymore)
 
today me and my dad were going 102 in our cadillac. my dad just wanted to see what it could do although we werent at full acceleration.
 
i remember seeing an article about one with a huge ass V8 in it, might have been this but im not sure
 
the 4.6L is the one out of the mustang gt, its not huge ass but its pretty big. correct me if im wrong but is the 4.6L an engine option in the f150? or at least it used to be.
 
my buddy jemil is loaded, his parents got him an fully loaded acura tl. he took me for a test drive. we got up close to 240 km/hr, which is i guess about 150 mph. felt like a rocket ship. fastest i've ever driven was 205 in my parents saturn in a high school car rally. we had a list of shit to jack and we had to get photos in like 3 hours. we were running a little behind on the return.
 
ooooh sweet car, ive got a 2000 s4 chipped with downpipes, diverter valves, stasis transmission, awe stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel. ive only gone around 140, but we just found a really smooth long abandoned runway, and i wanna top it out hopefully!
 
oh shit i havent seen a 4.6 turbo one yet, ive seen a few with 351's swapped in and converted to rwd. there was one for sale on cars-on-line a while back for $30k. i wouldnt mind a focus rs either if they were available in the US.
 
no action shot is right, all mustang gt's from 96 up have had 4.6(281ci) v8's, even cobras. and even before that until 70 or 80 something they had 5.0(302ci) v8s. also to the statement about f150s, i believe all v8 current body style f150's and the most recent older body style all had 5.4 v8s unless you got a v6 model(if they even still made the v6 ones??)
 
my uncle has the 2006 s4 avante, such a tight car, so fun to drive with the 6speed. Audi really made the v8 hum in this one.
 
105 on the freeway in a kids new volvo. Later that night he drove through a cement wall going 60 and totalled the car. good ol drunk driving
