Explain Your Username Thread

it couldn't be mason, that's for sure.

I was playing PS3 one day and needed to choose an avatar. So i chose this hippo one that is now part of my icon because i thought it looked funny. Then as a gamertag my roommate at the time (NS name: Blake.B) and I came up with "HippoFangers".
So hippofangers evolved to RainbowPotamus on NS, and then to TechnoPotamus a bit after that.
 
Ginko made a thread with some crazy ass sheep gif and i took it to heart, however i like black sheep better and i feel i can relate to them better.
 
I don't even remember really. I think my friend in middle school called me L-train for a little while.... people on here think it has to do with either running a train or el is spanish and its "the train" but I know neither of those are correct.
 
Somebody's XBox gamertag is "like_fifty_pandas", so that in COD or Halo, it says "you just got killed by like fifty pandas" or "like fifty pandas assassinated ____"
 
My family name ''Achard'' (inb4 friend request that I'll probably accept), means ''relish'' or some similar chutney-like shit. 'tspretty cool.
 
I needed a username for Yahoo! Euchre quick and it was the first thing to come to mind and it stuck.

It was either this or KangarooTitties
 
I was looking for an icon that would fit. I found the yellow bird from Peanuts and changed my username to yellowbird.. Then I decided to be more creative and made him black to match the colour of my suit. So I changed it to Black.Bird..

cmyk = Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. The four basic colors needed to print color. Also the steeziest colors if you ask me.

was first appeared on a morning show randomly for 2 seconds and they never mentioned it so it still is a mystery

It became popular when the soup had it in one of there episodes and a song was made for it
