Drivng drunk and driving while high on marijuanna

If I ever get in a crash with a drunk driver, if I'm still a live I'm going to drag them out of their car and absolutely destroy them. Drunk Driving makes me more mad that just about anything on the planet.
 
Driving high is fine, I drive better if im stoned. Drunk driving is ahhviously worse.
 
It is usually stated in an argument like this that alcohol messes you up without you being aware of your state as much. Where as being high is almost as bad but you are more aware that you are messed up allowing you to compensate with better driving or slowing down.
 
Me too for sure, it is just something i've read in the past about the chemicals at work in your body when your fucked up. Drunk people tend to think they are ok when they get comfortable, but when your high i don't know exactly but your more paranoid/aware of your high state and pay attention more because you are more aware of your state.

I'm not saying you can't tell when your drunk.
 
I hate to be the one to say it but there was a thread similiar to this recently and somebody posted a vid from top gear I think where they let a guy smoke and drive a course and he actually does better high than sober.(course they only give him one try each way but still)
 
In my state they can arrest you if you are out of it and take a blood sample, it's the same thing they do if you refuse the breathalizer.
 
unless your so stoned you can hardly keep your eyes open, it hardly makes a difference for driving. just makes it a little more enjoyable. as for driving drunk, i wont say ive never done it, but thats just plain stupid.
 
i hate kids who say that. as for drunk driving, nothings worse, it just fucks you up and there isn't a need for it.

driving and skiing high are very similair, very fun.
 
well the host of that show is a huge supporter of legalizing marijuana so the results may have been skrewed.

also the guy barely smoked anything.
 
drunk driving is by far the most dangerous. i'd rather be on some drugs than drunk. i drove on E once and was freaking out cuz my hands kept going numb for like 15 minutes, then my feet would go numb. it was crazy but i was coherant enough to be like 'Guys you gotta watch the road with me i'm rollin' in and out of this shit'. on cocaine i'd be fine, probably better than i am sober. stoned i'd be really safe cuz i always end up driving slow as balls. drunk though i'm always saying 'it's cool man i got it' when i don't. i'll wake up and not remember driving at all and my friends tell me i did fine, but they're shit faced as well....it's a bad habbit i need to stop.

the worst part about gettin' buzzed and driving is the habbits it creates. when you end up drinking too much and black out you don't possess the ability to say i'm shit housed and you will follow those pre-established habits and drive completely wasted. i had a friend that wanted to go to denny's at 4 a.m. and i drove him. i don't remember anything from about 3 hours before that (keg with 8 people and a handle of jack between me & a buddy). i could not believe the kid let me drive...he was much more sober than me. apparently i walked into denny's and up to the only people eating in there and called them all faggots and pushed one of their noses. then had the cops called on me and drove away. unbelievable, i hate myself sometimes.
 
well at least somebody is telling the truth. I drive after drinking but never smashed, only cause I'm usually the DD for my girl who drinks a lot more than me(and i like driving her car) and I've seen too many people screwed by dui. Still never had a dui and i'm trying to preserve that.

whenever i drive high i just have to plan everything out more. so i think if anything im a better driver.

when im high im very cautious and drive the spped limit.

i dont drive drunk. or EVER let anyone else drive me around drunk.

its weird but im much more comfortable driving myself places when im high, i get really uncomfortable when someone else is driving me.
 
both are bad. I hate when people brag about it. Its like, I don't give a shit if you drink, or smoke, or shoot dope but when you get in a car you have a chance of killing an innocent person. One time this kid I knew was bragging to this girl about how he was blazed and drunk and driving around. I felt like saying something like your a fucking idiot but I ddnt. But like if that kid kills a little girl cuz he was drviing drunk ill feel like a fukin idiot
 
I would say that drunk driving is a lot more dangerous. Driving high, you might get lost, back into a parked car, forget to turn your headlights on whatever, but youre not going to be like, "lets drive 100 in the oncoming lane brah!" Paranoia is your friend
 
either way your fucked when i was cocked i was running over shit lost, when i was high i was parked thinking i was in drive lost.
 
one thing about the brethalizer is that it doesn't take into account people's tolerance, i mean you can blow a .8 and be fine to drive or some people could blow a .4 and be totally trashed, it's all about tolerance, my buddy's mom had a few drinks and sideswiped a police car, she blew a .4 but she was absolutely trashed
 
my buddy put his hand threw a window by accident and when he went to get stictched up he was obviously legless so they took a blood test .28 they said he was about to be either coma/or really passed out. drunk bastard!
 
haha a kid i know punched through the back windshield of a car, he had to get 49 stitches but he was so fucked up that he was still bleeding after they sewed him up
 
I couldnt agree more.

Both put other motorists (such as myself) in danger. Both are completely immature and irresponsible things to do while driving. They pout you, and many others in danger.
 
grow some balls, wait til you're in college, some hot bitch is gunna call you and be like "oh i want you in me now" and you're drunk as fuck what do you do? slap yourself in the face a few times and get the keys
