I was working on a set in the woods of NH, when this woman came out of the bushes all upset asking for pliers and help. Then she showed me her dog, and it wasn't quite as bad as the one pictured in this thread, but still it was in rough shape. Took me probably 20 minutes working with my leatherman to pull the majority of them out. I think the dog bit the porcupine because she had a lot of quills inside her mouth, some even puncturing the roof of her mouth into the nasal cavity. The dog didn't really struggle at all which surprised me because I'm sure it hurt like hell. So yeah, that's my story. I had pictures of the dog somewhere, but cant find them right now.
