Does ripping the chair line bring out your finest skiing skills?

It does for me, park or bumps or whatever it is, it's a combination of wanting to look as badass as

possible, pushing the limit, while at the same time not bailing. Put's me in the ZONE. How about you guys?

definitely enjoy it an audience usually brings out some stuff i wouldn't usually do just like filming i guess

On a pow day i love hootering and hollaring at people on the chair line when im on the chair, and vise versa

Nothing better than ripping some deep pow under the lift and getting cheers from the people riding.

I swear every pow day if I ever hit a drop under a chair, I double eject and slowly have to drag myself up through the pow to find my skis, I then struggle to put them back on, all the while my self esteem drops as chair after chair goes past. So no, ripping chair lines brings the worst out in me, sigh.

I once hit this cliff and dragged my hands a bit and lost a pole, then had to hike up and dig around for it. I know that feel bro

yeah people watching from the lift pumps me up.

However today I spun off a rail, landing and riding away thinking i'm all thug, and then caught an edge. This sent me flying on my stomach, slow motion, into a giant/DEEP slush puddle, yelling "NOOOOO!" The only thing that didn't get completely submerged was my head.

Everyone on the lift was laughing so fucking hard. Must have been hilarious to see.

I huck hella hard when I know people are watching. I don't even care if I land. I just want people to know I'm the craziest fucking skier on the mountain.

if there is a jump under a chair I will time my drop to maximum the amount of people/girls if possible watching.. so ya i like to show off i guess

It sucks at my mountain in the park because there is a chair that goes up the entire park so it sucks when your learning something or are awful like me because I fall...alot

chair lines are sick. especially powder lines. where everyone on thr lift is hootin and hollaring and you. defiantly puts you in the zone

i love in whistler how some of the sickest cliffs and lines are right next to the peak line. it always makes me go for it more when im standing on top of something big and everyones looking up at me. cant pussy out then.

Only when it's a powder day. Something about taking turns underneath people with powder makes a world of difference. Any cheers are like a bonus for shredding the fresh pow:):) Good times

Riding under the terrain chair line usually makes me do well in the park, but you have to be careful underneath some people at my hill because you will be pelted with snowballs and green laser pointers.

One time on a powder day I fell into a hole and proceeded to drown/struggle to get out for a few minutes right under the chair, I got ragged on so hard haha.

love hittin lift line cuz im so damn PROOOOO!

my favorite is this double faulted lift line in telluride that i love to hit with no poles. all the local mr. never skip a day in 10 seasons gettin ready to hate on this steezy playa wit no poles and a jacket that is too large.... then BAM. i rip the shit outa it handdragin dem moguls and hittin all the side cliffs out gunnin them old farts.

haha yesterday i was skiing pow under thelift trying to look all cool like yeah its whatever and i tomohawked like 2 or 3 times and it was pretty funny

Hell yes I LOVE getting cheers, let's me kow I'm doing something right! Even if I bail hard, due to the speed it's usually pretty spectacular which gets it's own kind of cheer too, not to mention the priceless maternal "you OKAY!?" "I'm good!" I refuse to to be embarassed if I wreck. Also when it's shitty mogully snow conditions I like to charge backseat, straight line, and bounce around, knowing observers on the chair think I'm a total out of control nutcase skier! Ahh I love skiin

I was cruisin the brighton park. did some shifty thing while on the down tube, came out switch and banged it. rode for like 10 feet then just randomly fell on my ass. shamefully skiied away

Somewhat relevant, but I go to a park with a rope tow and I nutted a flat flat flat rail in front of a ll the USASA kids. That was embarrassing because I was one of three skiers in the park. -street cred for me

Yes. Out at Jackson Hole I charged Nightmare cliff which is directly under the sublette lift which is sick to get encouragements from a pretty big drop.

get me like 3x more stoked on pow days than i already am when im shredding a chair line and getting hoots from people on the lift. hoots from anyone for that matter cause then i know im doing something rad
