Please post the ski company that you most dislike (make skis, bindings) and why you dislike that company give an example or you sound like a retard

i'll go first

Salomon- they don't innovate fast enough, they don't fix problems that exsist, there to conglomorate, and i don't feel they support the everyday rider

in defense of steele spence...his rail steeze. everyone rags on his boot grab, but forget about that. watch him slide a rail. you wont find anyone more controlled on a multi-kinked rail than steele.

and since all i've done is oppose people's choices here so far, i'll throw one out. salomon. your bindings have nearly killed me on many occasions, and consequently i've spent alot more time adjusting them than i should have had to. and only now, after like 7 years, have you done something other than make those damn 1080's, after nearly every original rider left you. take a hint.

i will defend elan cuz they make good racing skis i hear, but i havent tried the park skis

but i hate tyrolia bindings. my friend has them and cranks them yet he turns out of them often. and theyre ugly

Salomon bindings they make you really comfortable with one footed steeze there is nothing like going for a mute grab and the ski come off in your hand

I'd have to go with Line because I was supposed to get a pair of their yellow ninja 1260s 2 seasons ago with reactor bindings but the fucking bindings never came in. I missed half of the season and then ended up just never getting a pass, so I had to snowmobile that winter instead. I was so pissed. Now i am starting to get upset reminding myself of it.

rossignol because I broke two pairs of the scratch moguls when they weren't even a season old, and the company did nothing for me.

 
potentially k2, i liked my PE's but the rep talked up this new and improved warranty ect to me cause i was wary about buying (My friends enemys delamed all over and tey did nothing) and back in early december one of the skis just snapped, so far no word on if i get a new pair, otherwise i dont like salomon either that much, well at least the 1080

I guess I don't HATE predatorwear but their shit is so ugly...I'd probably rather not be sponsored and wear stuff that looks dope than be hooked up with them and wear their stuff.

switchskier88, did you send them in to warranty? Did your shop give you an RA number? Call 800-426-1617 and ask for customer service for ski. They will help you figure out what is up. If your ski snapped, you deserve a free pair. Your buddy's Enemys were probably past warrenty.

They're all ski companies, and the more choices out there the better.

I'm not a fan of the 1080's, but I LOVE Salomon's boots.

I'll defend Elan too, not all of us are looking to ski on wet noodles, their twin rocks all mountain.

Just because you don't personally like it, doesn't mean it's not perfect for somebody else...

Volkl Their skis are so stiff and heavy and they don't even make any good twin tips. Which means they dont make any good skis

LINE for sure

1. Bindings suck good concept but not perfected and they over prommised and never delivered on it.

2. Skis for many years would fall apart.

3. Cap construction WAKE UP nobody wants cap even pollard your #1 rider asked for a sidewall ski.

4. I have spoken and had conversations as well as seen Jason Levinthals presentation at SIA and his knowledge of skis is amazingly shitty and in general he is not the person i would want behind that type of company.

I have to defend and support a lot of ppls hate for salomon. I have the S914 on my AR5s and they've held up really nicely but they do pop off to easily sometimes and I have done mute grabs and they released on me in mid-air and ended up scrapping the fuck out of my shin. Besides that they haven't broken or anything like my rossi axials last year. They wouldn't release really early but when they did I ended up bending the shit out of the brakes all the time
