im 160 an mine are at 14, i do have head/tyrolia mojo bindings with the twister heel peice so it saves my knees, if ur super aggresive in the park then ur gonna want them much higher than u have, keep it lower and then crank it up lil by lil as u feel nessasary, like if u keep popping crank it up 1, if it still is 1 more, when u stop popping out when u shouldnt be then leave it there. depending on ur binding u may have a twister heel so ur foot can twist out to save the knee, also check forward pressure
