You're right. I guess I am just super fed up with having to sift through the unpleasantries in order to get through to the people who actually came here to have a real discussion about skiing. I guess what I should have said was, to everyone being immature and crude in this thread, please just cut it out. It's tiring.

i am allowed to not like someones style. call me the devils advocate of this thread. every other thread has been "the best ever" "if he doesnt win i dont believe in god". something about the way he skis just doesnt sit well for me. when i say i fear for his life, im not questioning his skill level at all, its way above all the 12 year kids on here for sure. its just everything he does looks inconsistent with me. if i had known i was going to create such a ruckus i would have minded my own business.
 
You never simply stated that you "dis-liked" his style, you just insulted his skiing by saying you fear for his life every time he does a trick. To me that isn't an opinion, just putting someone down. Then insulting hauser for being pumped on his good friend, and telling him to get off his dick? That's not an opinion, that's just plainly being a jerk.

I didn't make any gay jokes, I'm just backing up two of my good friends that your taking it upon yourself to put down for no reason. An opinion is an opinion, but telling a 14 year old that he skis like your asian girlfriend?

 
man o man, im laying it all on the line with this one. i dont hate your skiing. at all. you have a huge bag of tricks, the works. if you go, which judging by 95% of the posts in this thread you will, congrats, your an up and comer, and you deserve it. let that sink in
when you go to pick your outerwear for next season, or whatever you do, keep this "hate" in mind and change the scene. if you really want to stand out and avoid these outbursts, do something different besides mutes, tupac and tall tees.

I actually loled.

Seems like a lot of people really like his style. He is awesome for sure, but I am surprised he didnt have more rail stuff in their since he makes rails look so easy. His grabs and air style is awesome, but not a tier above everything. His rails I would say are though.

Where did you get the impression that he hated either you or your skiing? Just because he doesn't think you are the best in the competition or like your style as much as everyone else does, how does that go from "not favorite" to "hate" with a few observations? Obviously you have tons of talent, but you will get railroaded if you really care about a few people who aren't your number one fans. and P.S. - can you include more rail game next time? :)
 
It's all good, you came to the table with an opposing opinion (which to a certain extent I agree with), which is totally cool. People then got butt-hurt about what you said, and thats when it started getting immature. The problem from there is that you decided to stoop to that level and fire back with an equally immature response. Next time just don't even give people the satisfaction.
 
This thread is terrible.

Dale slays. And people who don't think he can handle stuff outside of the park, he can. He's a strong skier.. it doesn't take much more than that to be able to stomp shit in powder. He is also one of the most stylish skiers out there.

Ok so what ive gathered from all your posts is that you are clearly understating the ability of dale who is like 10000x better than you and is probably at the level of most professional skiers right now. Also, you obviously have a thing against dale just because of his clothes and music, which is complete bullshit.
So what your saying is that if he puts on tight pants like you he will suddenly have more style and push skiing in the right direction. If you dislike skiers with baggy clothes your basically saying you dislike 95% of pros these days. Please describe to me what exactly is wrong with them and why he needs to be completely unique and fresh with everything he wears and listens to be a legit skier in your mind.

I think what you're failing to remember is that skiing is all about having fun, and I guarantee Dale is having so much fun while killing it. If you're seriously concerned with someone's outerwear I think you should take my advice and worry about yourself not other people.
