troll was pretty icy, the 50 snowboarders that were there made huge ruts in the jumps and landings, and they took most of their good rails out for reasons I do not know, but all in all it was pretty fun.
this. i was there too and it was packed at 1 am. i can understand icy conditions after the rain we had, but it looked like there hadn't been grooming for a long time, ruts everywhere and a few bombholes
I did this yesterday... pr was empty like all day other than Dan Brisse and his leg-humpers. BTW thirtytwo is building a HUGE jump for him in the PR parking lot, i'll try get a pic tomorrow. the entire tubing hill is the drop in
the big parking lot jump for Brisse was already gone on tuesday, he hit it all night and they tore it down before the hill opened. dissapoint but then joe sexton was riding at PR!
Went to elm today and its safe to say for jibbing, it was the best park I've ever been to. I learned a bunch of variations on 5050s (such as 5050 to boardslide pretzle front 2 on a flat down rail) and there were maybe 30 people there the whole time we were riding. Props to elm's park crew, those guys are always out there shredding and fixing jumps and landings
