good luck with that one champ. Best of luck.
I think the better action to take would be to write a polite letter, telling them your feelings and how it poorly represents the professionalism that you expect, politely requesting that they extend the 10 days at snoqualmie for the duration of snoqualmie's operating season.
If they say no, which they probably will, and in your infinite wisdom, determine that they are in violation of the contract made between the two of you, send them a response politely explaining so, and cc a family lawyer.
The other option, if there is a case, which I doubt, is to see if you can get a Tort lawyer interested!
As much as I would love to see Crystal, and the Kircher brand of oxygen thieves, burn, I doubt this will find any traction.
The best bet is if you deduce, as I have with my lack of professional law knowledge and experience, that there is no legal case here, to write them (step 2) telling how disappointed you are in their actions, and that you will be taking your money somewhere else next year. AND FOLLOW THROUGH ON IT! Than convince all your family and friends and their family to do like wise.
*hint: for the purpose of this, snoqualmie is not 'elsewhere.'
