hes right tho and winches are just cool in general and the clips definitely all come out better when the skiers have good speed for the feature, fair enough if u dont wanna watch quality skiing but weird thing to complain about lmao

Winches have a tendency to be overused due to the fact that you can basically hit a super wide range of stuff, especially when there's a bunch of snow. It's cool when you can use the natural terrain, and a simple wooden drop in should give you enough speed to hit a lot of rails. Forre uses them well I think, considering the size of the spots they hit. Wouldn't say they're cool or uncool in general it just depends on how you use them

And honestly I do love armada but why the fuck are they not promoting the shit outta him. That's your athlete why is he not even on the website?? Post him on your insta at least, it's insane to have one of the heaviest hitters of all time and if Seamus didn't talk about armada in that twoplanker pod I wouldn't even know he's sponsored. Like wtf

seriously dude. half the team doesn’t do shit too, sucks that they are promoting dudes who build their lips on the outside instead of Seamus. bro been on armada for almost 15 years too, we have failed as a society

While I completely deserve getting roasted for that clip, I've been on Armada since 2010. And half the team doesn't do shit.. Have you not seen all the projects released this year with Armada athletes? Even more coming out too that haven't dropped yet.

I couldn't agree more about Seamus being one of the best street skiers in the game, 100% he should get support.

for sure, I’ve seen most the stuff that’s been coming out and it’s cool to see that the ogs like yourself and Kim are still going harder than ever, in new aspects of skiing too. still a lot of people I haven’t seen or heard anything from(yet?) in a fat minute, could be injuries or maybe I’m out the loop? it just bums me out that one of the greatest right now who constantly go out and stack, doesn’t even get paid or promoted by a company he’s been loyal to for more than a decade. didn’t mean to call you out on the outside lip like that, been a huge fan since the halfpipe days and very happy to see you in other aspects of skiing after one of the worst falls I’ve ever seen in a comp

And when you go to a major resort so many of the snowboarders have this derivative 'street video' look. You can see them filming a bunch of low speed shit on the same features with a fisheye and displaying a sanctimonious attitude.

winches open up so many spots, like where I live MAYBE 10% of spots have natural speed.
