3 weeks ago as of tomorrow I got a bad concussion. 3 weeks prior to that i got a minor concussion. I'm not supposed to ski for the rest of the season or play baseball, or even run currently, because if i get any more brain trauma soon there's a good chance it will be permanent. I wasnt even knocked out for long at all for this most recent concussion, from the video it looks like i was out for maybe 5 seconds, but i cant remember the entire day, except for some clips from when i was in the hospital towards the end of my stay that night, and some clips from the way home that night.
Concussions are serious stuff, dont take it lightly, it's better to take some time off than to be retarded.
Some things that are tell-tales of a concussion are, nausea (obviously), dizziness, not being able to focus on things well (vision-wise). And things that let you know there's still swelling are head aches after the injury, and being photophobic, which basically means your eyes are hyper-sensitive to light. I'm still photophobic after 3 weeks, so im still taking it easy.
