I'm just trying to save you some regret, OP. I understand the tradition bit, but if I can refrain from killing my brother for land inheritance, you can refrain from desensitizing your penis.
 
So I finally got a chance to talk with my dad about everything. We sat down on the back porch for over an hour after dinner. talked about a lot of things. Made me feel really good, we really connected a lot more. I guess maybe it's easier for us to really talk now that I'm older and we're both more on the same level than when I was just a kid. Anyway the choice is up to me. I'm leaning towards doing it though. But in the end now it will be my choice.

Being circumcised rules man; constantly super clean, sex still feels good (I don't think I could "last" long as easily if it felt any better plus it doesn't matter until we are prob married and don't use condoms anymore which are a barrier against top sensation), and I still have enough skin not to need lube to jerk it. As a side note, for anyone that has had sex without a condom....oh my FUCKING god, words can't even describe how epic it feels. Epic deserves to be used in that context.
 
Not really much of a difference between going bare and using thin condoms. And to the cleaneness, like what the fuck are you talking about? When you go to the shower, do you wash your dick, give it a little water flow? That's what keeps it clean, yeah? Well that's the same fucking thing everyone else does, foreskin intact. I mean what the fuck.
 
dude do whatever you want, this is fucking ridiculous, my circumcised dick and millions of other mens circumcised dicks are doing great. if you dont want to do it, then fabulous. just know that there probably is no difference that you will ever see one way or the other.

 
This is only the case for circumcised dudes. The foreskin plays a very important physiological role in sex, and any type of condom hinders the shit outta this.
 
Now why would I say that if I didn't feel that way, being uncircumsized myself? Regular and ribbed condoms, being thicker, may hinder some feeling but there just really isn't that much of an amazing difference, and with thins it's pretty much the same, as long as you don't go too wild and break the thing.
 
sure, it's no different for the millions who have had it done at birth. but at 12 years old?? there will be lasting difference and it just won't be nice.

Newsflash: Whether or not you're circumcised will literally have 0 effect on your life whatsoever, and the evidence supporting conclusions about hygiene, sexual pleasure, etc. is inconclusive and based on anecdotal reports. My uncle had to get circumsized when he was a bit over thirty, due the foreskin being too tight, this happens sometimes.

He isn't very pleased. We are talking about someone possibly having it done at an older age not out of necessity, but out of religious reasons which simply should not be happening in our modern society.
 
Sure but it happens these days moreso for "aesthetic" reasons than religious, and that's another "issue" if people want it to be. I asked my dad eventually why they did it to me (as a baby) and he simply said it "looks better." It's a weird concept. I've had summer camp-esque discussions with bro's, cousins, etc. and the majority were circumcised for "aesthetic" reasons. You could say I'm indifferent at this point. I don't think circumcision is bad, just...pointless kinda. Ok I'm done talking about my fucking dick lol

I don't think people hate me. I didn't really do anything but ask for advice. Isn't that what forums are for? And I made sure this wasn't in the skiing section cause that would be really weird to be in the middle of like dew tour and line skis threads.

Sorry If I made people uncomfortable. I mean everyone has one, well girls don't but they have other stuff down there. Don't see why it's so weird to talk about.
 
all this saying one is "normal" and one is "not normal" is ridiculous. I mean, obviously uncircumsized is natural but circumsision has to be one of the oldest and most widely practiced medical procedures ever.

I'm glad I'm cut, but if I were to have that operation when I wasnt a baby and had cognisant memory, I would not do it.

I don't think you made anyone uncomfortable, or that people hate you.

It's your decision, but at this age you have read this thread, you are able to look through encyclopedias and the Internet and form your own opinion, on top of discussing it thoroughly with your father.

My advice is and forever will be - don't do it just because. You know by now that there is nothing aestetically wrong with your stuff, it is how we are born and how we die, unless someone decided to get choppy for any matter of reasons.

If you really have faith, have faith in yourself to do the right thing, what that is, we shall see. But tell us what you did when it's over and done.
 
The point is, you probably won't find many who have had proper circumcision (not botched) and such they will continue to go about their days saying it's either for the better, or that it doesn't matter. Few outright come and say that it's fucked up and wrong, what it actually is, if not done for completely medical reasons.

To those of you who had no choice... No one blames you, but think about it for a second before you start saying that it's better to have a mutilated penis, or calling it anteater or whatever bullying you got under your mind for it, it's not normal to cut a dick. Period.
 
How the hell would you know if most guy's circumcisions were botched? What are you basing that on? I love my "mutilated" penis. It looks like a porn stars AWWWW YEA
 
I worded that wrong, I meant that you probably won't find too many people with botched circumcisions, but you will find those who have had it done to them at an infant stage, meaning they know no better or worse.
 
Who woul have thought that in the modern day of Mike-O's extremely over articulated opinions the most beat to death one would be about what is better; cut or uncut studs.
 
I agree with mike-o. Here there have been talks about making circumsicion illegal on infants. The only reason it is performed here is for religious reasons (and medical of course if needed), and I cant see why chopping a piece of skin off your dick as a baby would give improved health effects and better sex. Coming from a person with a vagina my opinion probably doesnt matter, but I think its wrong to do it towards people who cant decide upon it themselves. The whole "cut looks better than uncut" discussion is fucking dumb though, nobody cares.
