Cat out of the Bag: Splice is Real

I finally figured it out. I remember earlier this year (I think during the 11-12 season) Steve was posting on facebook about making a "summer edit series" with various riders. I think Splice is Steve and he's gonna drop some banger edit under Splice's account thus creating mass appreciation for Splice and his 12-year-old-ness.
 
Alright Guys,

I am sorta sick of this "Splice is Steve" thing. Listen, I may be some little 12 year old kid from New York who claims things and sometimes doesn't come through on them. I promise the minute I get back to Windells, I'll show you what I've got. The movie I put out was from last may... keep that in mind. I was 10 YEARS OLD when I made that. I turned 11 on May 8th, 2011. I can bring to the table what I've promised. In fact, I will. Thank you guys for fueling my fire, and making this bigger than it needed to be. The thing is, you guys are older than me. I have an individual respect for each and every one of you. I understand that I may not get that respect yet, and I may have to earn it. So I will. I want to prove to you guys that I can do it. It may take me some time. But watch me progress...

The point is, I may not have as much experience as Eheath and Downtofilm (Much respect to them for being huge inspirations for me) . I can learn, the point is guys, I'm sure a majority of the people that hate on me don't know how hard it is to make a ski film. There is TONS of things that you have to go through. I'm sure DTF and Eheath would know this. I'm 12, just know that I'm NOT any of those big time filmmakers. I don't have Editing like Stept Productions, I don't have cameras like Poor Boyz, and I most certainly don't have the lineup like Level 1.

Don't take the steve is splice thing seriously.

I had been hoping you would actually deliver, and am still hoping for a good ski edit, and I was hoping you would actually make something good, I just got a chance to watch your edit right there and a few things seemed a bit weird to me, why was the kid acting in it wearing an archers wrist guard? (or what seemed to be), why did you show his dad painting the wall at the beginning? were the "actors" intentionally so lifeless? how did you convince these people to "act" for you?
 
Roddy would know. I'm 12 years old and I go to a private school in NYC. Call me rich, but I'm not snobby.

Oh my god your such an attention whore, you post a thread every time you do anything, yet have not shown NS anything of any decency. When my brother was 12 and started seriously filming with a camcorder and saved up for his 1st DSLR and shit he didn't make himself the center of attention and compare himself to eHeath and DTF. We all are aware it's difficult to make a good edit or "movie" but you don't see pros complaining about it, especially on NS. I my self have worked hours and hours just to make a little edit, may it be filming, going through shots, sorting, rendering, editing, arranging, color-correcting etc. it takes time and effort but no one needs to read an essay about it written by some spoiled 12 year old attention whore from New York or Jersey or whatever. Please just come back to NS when you have something decent to show or are older and make an okay edit, not a shitty panda movie you made in 5th grade. Until then stop turning this into a dramatic episode of Splice Life with the spotlight on Justin.

I just can't get over all the attention this is getting, real or not real, Splice or Steve. I mean it's just an edit, or should I say "future edit" Edit's are released all the time. What's so different about this kid. Just that he's 12 and can produce a ski edit?
 
It's because he started up a "production company" and started offering sponsorships, which people took to be hilarious considering.
 
Look in the mirror Zander. Your most likely just sad that you haven't gotten attention. I'm not comparing myself to DTF or Eheath, I am merely implying that I'm not going have be AMAZING like them immediately. You were most likely too lazy to read the entire post. Just because you disagree with my post doesn't mean you have to call me an attention whore. For all we know, you could be a jealous 12 year old.
 
Best not to use age in a derogatory way when you're the same age(forgive me if you're not but I remember seeing it somewhere)
 
Wasn't using it in a derogatory way. I was implying that if he was the same age as me, he might be jealous. I wasn't saying I'm 17 and he should be jealous. I was saying what if he was 12 and he was jealous of me...
 
Why would I be jealous of getting ripped apart on 10+ page threads with people constantly making fun of me. Plus I'm happy I'm not 12 anymore. The only thing to be jealous of is how lucky you are to go to Windells for at least 3 sessions and have camera equipment given to you presumably with out you working for any of it. You are not an attention whore because I disagree, but rather because you posted threads like "I am back" telling NS about your life and still not delivering. Or how you make threads like "10 questions" which would obviously get hated on. I remember how many attention whores there were back when I was in sixth grade and how they would do anything to get it. Good or bad attention in this case bad. Please just stop doing this to yourself I am not the only one who is tired of the whole Splice shit, so until you have some sort of video or product to back yourself up, everyone will just stay annoyed.

PS The kids who were attention whores in 6th grade are now normal kids. I have seen to many kids do/say stupid shit in order to get attention. Including you.

I just made this video, sorry it's so short. It's some improvement, with my handheld work looking steadier.

Oh also, Ryan, what specifically have I done for attention? I try to avoid negative attention and more hate, I'd like to hear what you think though. I'm very interested.
