No shop will do it because they're skurred of getting sued. I've done two sets, one for my Ants (about 110 underfoot) and the other for a 92mm waisted ski and it's pretty easy. You shouldn't have a problem doing it yourself. All you have to do is completely disassemble the binding and completely remove the steel brakes (be really careful taking the spring off because it's sharp on each end and will happily take an eye out if you let it as it is under alot of tension) and then find a vise and bend them with a broken ski pole. Basically the vise is the only tool you need besides a screw driver. I used the vise on the back of a city maintenance truck when it was parked infront of my place and it worked fine. Good luck.
