I have been deaing with no boots for about a month and 3/4 so I want to callout this kid for anybody else who is planning or has any encounters with him in the future.

Ok, so I started talking to this kid about a $100 pair of Full Tilt Hotdoggers. He was very nice about it and his feedback was good and everything seemed fine. Until the day I paid and he said he would send out the boots. He kept moving back the date on me and I started to get pissed so I kept talking to him and he finally said that he shipped them. So I said my goodbyes to him and he said his.

I got all excited for the pair of boots I was about to get. Then a week passed then 2 and I started to get a little worried so I tried to contact him. I thought oh well he must not be on he will get back to me when he can. Right? But then 2 days later I still didn't get a reply so of course I sent another one and still no reply. Another, and another until I just could not handle and I didn't know what to do. I talked to my dad and we filed a complaint on paypal and that was the end I guess there was no way of getting my money back.

I have learned a lesson to send the money now NOT as a gift because I can not trust anybody anymore. So now I have to deal with some crappy pair of old dalbellos that are stiff and give me toe and shin bang.

Well there is my situation and if anybody has anyway to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

And if you see this SnailsNrailS can you at least be reasonable and talk at least, because we could work something out, thanks.

Kids suck these days - if you happen to be a size 26.5, I have a pair of Dalbello Kryton's (the brown and black ones) that have been sitting in my closet that you can have for the cost it takes to ship them to wherever you live.
 
Yea I second this.

If you are gonna ask to be paid via paypal, be a fucking man and suck up the small fee. I don't ask people to send me gift payments. If you pay someone for good or services, and they dont do shit, you can get your money back. If you "gift" the money to them, you are perhaps screwed.
 
this shit is rediculous I think whoever doesn't communicate at least that something is wrong should be banned from this website!!
 
I made the same mistake of sending a payment as a gift, and it turned out to be a scam. I ended up calling paypal about it and I got my money back eventually, that could be worth a shot...
 
whats his name on Facebook...... trust me, there are kids on NS that will do shit.if you have his phone number and or email, and would like to get back at him, PM me, i got a few tricks up my sleeve. I dealt with a kid that scammed the NS community a few years back, kid named Sagaa.., scammed hundreds of dollars and lots of jackets, he's good now, but lets just say i think he wish he didn't do it after i was done.....
 
Why don't you not take sole credit for what happened to Sagaa - considering there were about 150 people calling his house, shipping him stuff, and harassing him on Facebook. You may have contributed, but you were one of many.
 
i feel like he has a fake paypal cause i looked him up on facebook and I could not find him there were to many of him! and he has like a mexican real name?

I got 3 months of gay porn subsribition trials to my house. at first my parents were laughing knowing it was a friendly prank and then they started asking me if i was a homo. and then on on it went and i started to get diffrent ones from beastiality websites and scat porn.

so yes scammers will never get away with the shit.! trust me when i say that i was literaly bent over and took a cock in my ass until everything was back in others hands.
 
if anybody wants to do a big favor for me this is what you should do...you should act like you are buying something from him and get his info like adress and phone number and all the good stuff...just thought i'd through that idea in
 
Ive gifted money to people in every transaction ive ever done through NS, People just shouldnt be scumbags when all your trying to do is help each other out.
 
yes but wait until you run into one of them and then you would have been proud to know to send it as a good to save your ass...just saying
 
If you sent him the money on paypal through your bank account or credit card NOT straight from your paypal funds you can do a charge-back through your credit card company or bank without having to deal with paypal, since they will not dispute gifts in most cases. Hope that bastard gets what he deserves!
 
if they have good feedback, gifting is no problem

i ask to have ppl gift me money, because i actually send whatever i am selling to them haha.

but if they have shitty feedback, and you still want to deal with them, just tell them you are sending the money as a payment for goods/services since he/she doesnt have any feedback.

paypal fees are a bummer for larger transactions, so dont completely write off sending gifted money to legit sellers.

also, if the seller is sketchy, you can request all their personal information first. if they dont give it to you, DONT SEND THEM MONEY. obviously.

it's a shame we have to investigate sellers on the internet, but scammers do exist, so trade safely
