ha damn, if i still went to school in chester id be at this kids door, couple of my friends were from ridley, alot of dirty scummy kids from that area, this doesnt surprise me

all joking aside, contact paypal and tell them the whole story, paypal might send the kid a bill, and prosecute if he doesnt pay up.

if that doesnt work, contact the kids parents, and threaten to file suit if they don't pay for their idiot child's debt. They will likely settle for sending you your $100 back, and possibly more if you claim that your lost skiing time qualifies as "damages".

then buy a pair of boots, go skiing, and get on with your life.
 
I've heard of people calling the sellers local PD for internet fraud, and the douches get charged. Thats all just word of mouth though.
 
Whats the deal? Honestly, cross reference his name/address I have you to get his home phone, call his parents and go from there. Threaten to press charges and ask for their email and link the thread to his parents.
 
Sounds like you have his address, his last name and the city he's in. Finding his home phone and his parent's names should take you 15 seconds on Google.
 
That fuckface got my 100$ for dragon APX and didn't ship anything.Also in paypal i can't get money back. :(That's why i don't buy anything from NS.I hope he buy some drugs for my money and overdose it and die.
 
Shitty situation man. But you can't base everything on ns from that. Next time make sure you check his feedback.
