Yeah you will get more traffic, doesn't mean that it will all be good advice.

As some have already said, your problem is 100% footbed related.  Go get a proper footbed for your boots and have the liners remolded after.  Even then, you need to adapt and get used to wearing arch support.  Do not expect to wear non-supportive footwear all day and then simply put ski boots on that have a fully supportive footbed.  You need to either wear footbeds in your everyday shoes (which is greatly beneficial for your ankles, knees, back, and balance regardless) which will help you easily transfer over to your ski boots without needing to adjust to them all over again.
