why u mad tho? i can put up 315 3+ and thats on my 5th set, i have a video of me doing 335 for 1, i got up to 345...that was a year ago almost to the date, and then my AC joints just couldnt handle any more weight after that, my friend who filmed the 345 fucked up......and again, i would like to know how u measured ur "6%" claimed body fat, and 245lb bench? i eat that shit for fucking midnight snack.....so much BS in this thread, if u wanna get big eat big, do heavy compound lifts, squats, deadlifts, bench, presses, use fucking free weights, and not machines...and id really like to know how u calculated ur BF
