Only difficulty I can see happening with a lot of the Buffalo urban, is that Buffalo itself doesn't get that much snow. 70-80 inches a year usually is average, but lately, grass is showing downtown more often than usual. The snowbelts in the hills to the south get around 180 inches an average winter, most of which falls from December to mid January too.
Also, like I said, some of those are SUPER exposed with extremely high bust factor. The cops should be spending their time stopping the 55+ murders that happen each year (24th in the nation per capita), but they would grab you so fast for urban shredding.
