hahaha i laughed when i opened this...

but to try and reply to this thread i'll assume you are asking if buffalo has any urban... and my simple answer is NO. the city is flat as a pancake... i took a 5 hour drive out there with a couple friends 2 octobers ago when they got that 2 foot dump. drove around the city for over 4 hours and found 1 extremely mellow down rail on one of the UB campuses. epic failure, but also an epic trip...

Poorboyz has filmed a bunch of urban in Buffalo...

ah balls... i have heard such things (hence making the trip in the first place), but none of us were from the area so we didn't find shit. my above post was also skewed by my pre-existing negative views of the city haha, guess i should give it a shot after all
 
ill save you the time:
theres a double kink (liam downey in shanghai six), a down rail (someone in propaganda or something) and a quad kink (also forget who it was, but it was a poorboyz flick)
 
A lot of Vanular's rails is S6 are from St. Catherines, Ontario as well, which is about 20 minutes across the border too.

Delaware park has a bunch.

Some EPIC rails have been slayed downtown in Buffalo also. Most are super high risk, and bust factor is VERY high also.

wordddd, that dfd on the myspace page looks sick... i'll remember this thread if i ever find myself around those parts again. what a buffalo urban n00basaurus i am...
 
Only difficulty I can see happening with a lot of the Buffalo urban, is that Buffalo itself doesn't get that much snow. 70-80 inches a year usually is average, but lately, grass is showing downtown more often than usual. The snowbelts in the hills to the south get around 180 inches an average winter, most of which falls from December to mid January too.

Also, like I said, some of those are SUPER exposed with extremely high bust factor. The cops should be spending their time stopping the 55+ murders that happen each year (24th in the nation per capita), but they would grab you so fast for urban shredding.
 
sorry i don't know what happened to all the pictures I posted. I drove around one day and found plenty. The pictures are in my account if you want to find them. Last season I went to masten park in the east side and did a couple down rails and some bomb drops. You can see alot of rails if you google red bull claim it and look at the myspace page. I was wondering if ne one was planning something this season.
 
If you want no bust factor go to masten park. I was there for 6 hours in broad daylight and the only thing that happened was a crack head asked to use our phone. On the east side a couple of kids riddin are the least of the cops problems. Theres alot to hit around there and its all pretty easy. My friends snowboards and saw that alot of Optimistic was shot in buffalo and thats how we got the idea. Theres plenty to get creative with in masten park but the only downfall is that you should probably come packin.
 
with a couple of those rails, i would be more worried about getting shot/stabbed than getting busted by the cops...the city honors rails and the sports pavilion ones are not in the nicest area of buffalo....they pretty much border the fruit belt.....i little heads up for winter '10 though....my school (Canisius High School) on Delaware ave. is doing some extensive construction, including a field house, and i saw the plans, which include a very nice down rail...ill try to get some pics of the plans for it
