Bread appreciation time!

What are you toasting? What are you making sandwiches on?

Are you home making your bread? Sourdough? Yeast bread? rolls? Tortillas? Dumplings? Bagels?

Is there a good bakery near you?

I make pizza dough pretty much once a week and occasionally I make a loaf of bread or some pan bannock.

Here are some lobster rolls I made in quarantine with my gf a few months ago. They look terrible bu they were the best tasting lob rolls I've ever had.

I used to make a pretty good pizza dough. Would bring in pizzas to school sometimes in junior high. Its been like 10 years since I've made any though. Thought about giving it a whirl when everyone was on their bread making missions last summer.

Best bakery in the world Della Fattoria. Their meyer lemon rosemary loaf is the best bread to ever be conceived of.

So when I was in Florida there was this cheddar jalapeño bread I was eating. The jalapeños were spicy af and there was a ton of cheese in / on it. Honestly the best bread I’ve ever had

I've been making Cuban bread recently and it slaps. I also have a bakery nearby that has the best sourdough bagel in existence. I'll post pictures next time I go.
