"in the backcountry," It doesnt matter to me if someone has hit a rail before, I know its cool to hit new rails (most of the rails have never been hit), if a rail has a good set up, and we happen to be in the area, we hit it because it's FUN to ski

Actually, you need to stop talking like you're the authority on everything. He can say pretty much what he wants. This is another Wicked with no editing prowess and worse skiers, who, incidentally, happen to be mentally handicapped. That's it, straight up. If that's what you're after in a movie, go for it, but there's no sense being unrealistic about what you're getting.

 
Oh, don't get me wrong, Wicked was... I'd say wicked, but that'd be lame. It was a good movie, but it was what it was. EC park. If you want EC park, that's fine, buy Wicked, they do a hell of a job with it, although most of the movie's merit is in its editing.
