in the 22 years i've been skiing there, i've never seen them open without mainstreet. it seems like they're actually making a push to compete for people's business by actually listening to their customers, which is awesome, and a lot of people would rather have something to ski, even if it's not top to bottom, and to wait another week, at least, for top to bottom terrain. after tonight, they're not getting snowmaking temps back for at least a week, so it could be a while til anything else opens if they don't get it this weekend.
