Big Sky's Park

Vibes to you bro. You certainly got the most talked about thing at the rail jam. That aside from the two boarders crashing into eachother by that.

As I thought from the begining that closeout was going to take names. You could just tell how many people were just holding their tips up towards the end hahaha. and the pack of boarders just looking at it in horror right before their time.

Such a sick time though, and tomorrow is going to be crazy. Met and saw so many people I know. Ill be skiing big sky tomorrow and hitting up the concert and rail jam that night so if anybody sees me im the kid in the highlighter colored saga and ill be wearing my NS/jiberish Hoodie. And at the jam ill probably be hanging out with moosen. Dare you to NS callout me unless I call you out first.

Oh and big ups to Spacekroft for organizing alot of the behemoth of a rail jam. Real sick stuff man you done g00d.
 
no body is forced to hit any of those features its the riders choice, also there is two basic rails right there. plus every body on here says they want bigger features so we deliverd
 
Haha no way man, I'm sure I didn't qualify, and more importantly after a concussion like that I need to take it easy for a while.
 
No i totally understand. But all I am saying is that if they aren't forced to hit it then they are almost pressured into it, and kids that did got wrecked. I think I saw like 2 or 3 cool tricks out of it the whole night.
 
I'm not trying to hate or point fingers or anything, I'm just pointing out that that feature would have been just as big if the closeout was removed. Also, more tricks would probably be done on it equaling more stoke for the crowd.
Anyway, hoepefully everyone slays tonight, and hopefully no one gets hurt. Good luck finalists!

Saw what you guys are putting in swifty, pretty stoked on most of it but both of the rails that are a gap on should really not be. Especially the first one, noooo speed in that area.
 
anyone heard what day dirtbag day is? i heard next Saturday the 17th, just wanna make sure i took the right day off work

sorry about the park being closed the last few days guys ran into some issues....

swiffty should have been open around noon today and with much more to open in swifty the next few days including a jump with actual wide take off
 
i'm not talking about underground dirtbag day. dirtbag day is usually on a saturday under the tram, then theres the ball at the half moon
 
sweet good to hear and like i said many more features coming our day crew is extremely under staffed so it takes more time than most parks to set features.. heading in now to try to have a jump by 2m.

Next week will be a big 2.0 change to make it more of a medium park

so... your hiring? lol, but yeah, the budgeting at Big Sky is a little on the lame side. You guys are doing awesome for a tight budget though. Keep it up!

there's a dfd, down rail, up rail to down rail set up and a little pole jam type thing. but for the most part there are burlier features than before. 2.0 is mellower.
 
Word. I just like being able to get hits in top to bottom, but whatever, new park sounds rad.
 
just to let you guys know we wont be grooming any of the parks tonight to hopefully save our base and not having to start taring stuff down, cross your fingers that this storm brings some good snow
 
Not trying to complain because the new park is so much fun but...when is that butter pad and the other 3 rails in the big park going to be open?
 
don't listen to this fool. he spends most of his time doing straight airs off the lips onto rails. can't even do a cork 12... jeez.
