I gained about 12 pounds in a matter of 3 weeks when I was on an army course. We obviously didn't do any lifting or take any supplements, so those are not really needed. However we did eat 3 big meals a day, containing tons of protein and carbs, and practically no sugars.
Just do as many pushups you can per day, at least 500 to start, wake up in the morning, do pushups, eat breakfast, do pushups, go in the shower, do pushups, get dressed, do pushups. Just do as many as you can all the time, and you'll see yourself being able to do more in no time. We would not only do regular pushups, but also tri pushups on our helmets (or soccer ball in your case)
Running will help, but if you really want to build muscle fast, stick to uphill sprints, windsprints, lunges, high knees, etc. Doing long distance will obviously help your cardio + endurance, but it won't build nearly as much as doing sprints will.
Situps, same deal as pushups, but you should be able to do at least double.
Berpes, some people like them, some people don't, but they will for sure get you bigger extremly fast.
If you can find a powerlifting (olympic lift) coach in your area, go see him a couple times a week and you should be the hulk in no time.
