^^Too much redbull can fuck with your system bigtime, just letting you know. I mean one a day wont do bad, but multiple cans a day can fuck with you.
For me, it's just a standard 3 egg, steak and hasbrown breakfast that gets me going, and if I'm really trying to throw down I'll grab a redbull or rockstar or monster.
Lunch, is whatever they got at the midmountain lodge.
You don't really ski after eating dinner. Unless you are going for a night urban session so therefore, any burger or pizza will do the trick. I don't hit urbans though so it doesn't really matter for me.
