start out cheap and easy in terms of skis, skins, bindings, boots etc, touring isn't for everyone so you might not like it, so start out easy but if you get into it dynafits are the best bindings, any dynafit compatible boot is good also, and g3 or black diamond skis are the lightest, i love touring in karhu bc 100 or line prophet 100'sbut as for avy gear, get a metal shovel with an extendable handle, invest in a good tracker, i love mammut barryvox but it's expensive, and get a long probe and make sure you always go with someone and you understand snow conditions/risks/how to deal in an avy situation, good idea to take a course before you gonever, never, never, never go unprepared or alone
