I'm a fit and athletic 31 year old man. Last week, I went trampolining for the first time in years, and did a vigorous 1-hour session, and everything was fine. Five days later, I went again, and after 15 minutes, the pain in my mid-back region was so severe, I had to stop jumping. I couldn't tell if it was muscular pain, skeletal pain, or something wrong with one of my internal organs.
That was 3 days ago, and I'm still hurting, but not as much. I would so SO RELIEVED to learn that this is normal. I think my gluts are not very well developed, so that could be the explanation for it.
The thing is, it doesn't really feel the way sore muscles feel. It is just a profound, unfamiliar ache. I can't even run right now without a good bit of pain.
Thanks for any info you may have!
