I have the 192s (for sale though) and liked them quite a bit. Sorta overlap with my ARGs and on3p Great Scotts though, so that is why I am selling them.
I agree that they are soft in the tip and don't do so well on ice and stuff, groomers are ok, but you need to be going really really fast. A 41m turning radius will do that. They are awesome skis in the pow. And in the trees. The lack of sidecut (and light tips and tails) makes them really easy to turn quickly, even at 192. True, as mentioned before, they don't hold up super well for hugo harrison style big mountain stuff, but I've had them ripping pretty good. If you want them as a big jib stick, they are perfect. Think of the old JP vs Julien (the original fat jib stick). I actually had the original JPs before I had the Thugs, and my first thought when I got on the Thugs was that they were everything the JP should have been. Longer, fatter and a little stiffer (mainly underfoot).
