Ask me for longboard Advice!

After looking at these board and their wheels i figured out that their wheels are made my dregs, because dregs has an identical wheel, They aren't great wheels when compared to abec 11 but they arent the worst you could get

fuuuuuck. i need a final consensus between the belly race and super model. i looked on nyc longboards and a complete would cost about the same

yea when i got mine i only got the deck and put my own parts on it. not all of them are rasta tho, mines blue and black

The belly racer will be more "turny", and will slide more controllably, but be harder to kick out into a slide. The supermodel will be more stable, and less turny. It will be easier to kick out into a slide, but slide less controllably. Really you can't go wrong with either board, and it's mostly personal preference. The supermodel might be better for learning slides as it's easier to kick it out into a slide.

depends on the board itself. their freeride/dh line is incredible where as there carving line isnt anything special.

I guess thats how landy rolls (no pun intended) but I think they want to get alot of hype on it, kinda like loaded has been doing the past year on their free ride specific deck and its not supposed to be released for another year yet. Everyone is already on the loaded hype train for it haha.

I prefer the old wolfshark Graphic but the new build. Honestly, if the old wolfshark had kanye west integrated into it, i would cream then buy like 10 of them

mmm dat yeezy

Like i already said to the other guy, this is for recommending longboards, not advertisement.

Not really, cause i dont advertise a specific brand, i advise to a specific board most suitable for that person.

I work at Rayne in the shipping department with Marisa Nunez, I talk to Patrick Switzer often when he's not on the race circuit, I'm friends/co-workers with Aaron Enevoldsen from long treks on skate decks and everyone else at Rayne too.. does that make me pro?

He has like 4 boards. Theres is hundreds of different topmount speed boards someone could try, but dramatically prefer one. I have never ridden any of his, so i can give advice. if someone had said "I have a small stance want a shorter wheelbase topmount with W concave and directional" then he came in and described how one of his specific boards is similar to the rayne avenger (what i just described), that would be suitable. Not just "I have hella dope swag boards buy one"

No but thats rad as hell!! I met Kevin, Patrick, and Mike at Maryhill last year, does that make me pro?

No? His boards do NOT cover all the bases. Unless i missed one thats is Flexy, stiff, short, long, downhill, carver, crusier, dancer, slalom, short wheelbase, long wheelbase, w concave, non w cave, no concave, lots of concave, bamboo, birch, maple, carbon, kicktails, and no kick tails all combined in one, his boards dont cover "all the bases"

Hahaha I was totally expecting a stupid response to a stupid post but, no not really. It is rad though, Rayne is chill as fuck to work at. The pays not the best, but I can eat while I'm working, we bump explicit music on the sound system as long as moms aren't in the store front and everybody is fucking hilarious. I've only been working 2 months for them and you need 3 months to get the discounts so that kinda sucks, and I blew out my shoulder skating the second week in so when everyone else goes out skating I can't.. although I did once! But yeah, Rayne is rad, Graham has a crazy temper though, woah. Check this shot of Aidan Lynds I took up in the british properties from last year too.. One of my favourites:

well Patrick, Kevin, and Mike seem pretty chill but kind of douchey. When i saw the Rayne team, they all looked like meth heads haha. Thats cool that theyre chill though! I just wanna work at LY haha

In reality, its beyond awful. Anythings possible if you have a good stance, and tighten your bushings to shit. I have some buds that ride those silly little things too, and they hit 35+ with them.

remove all bearings, remove all outer Shields and soak EVERYTHING in alcohol. then take a toothbrush and Clean them pretty thoroughly. put a small amount of bearing lube directly on the balls/bearing cage. then put all the Shields back on and you're golden

Just talked to my friend whos sponsored by arbor and hes getting a me a vugenhausen 35" with orangutang fat frees and a pair of his old trucks. im super pumped for it to come

vugens rockkk. iv only ridden the 38 which is my freeride top mount of choice. I cant say im a fan of otangs though, Thats sick that hes hooking you up though
