I just have a couple quick questions about Apple:
Tomorrow I'll be picking up the new Macbook Pro, assuming everything everyone's been saying about the new release is true... I've been using PC's all my life and need a change. But since I've never owned a Mac I know nothing about buying one.
The closest Mac store is about a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive for me. So that kind of rules out that option. The closest place I could pick up a Mac is at Best Buy. I know Best Buy is an authorized Apple dealer, but I have no idea if you can pick up the Apple Protection Plan there. The last time I bought a computer was about 6 years ago, and I got stuck with the Best Buy insurance (geek squad). I'm trying to avoid that because they have never actually fixed any of the problems I've had with my computer. Ever. I heard Apple's Insurance Policy is way more legit. So is it possible to get the Apple Protection Plan at Best Buy when I buy a new Macbook? Or am I better off just buying from the Apple website tomorrow?
